Great room. (A little advice - when checking in, try to choose a room on the odd side and, as far as possible, on a higher floor - get a beautiful view from the window). A varied and balanced diet. I really appreciate the website. I was booked a trip to Karlovy Vary, right for the quarantine period, and I was kindly canceled at my request. As a thank you, I booked a spa hotel in Latvia in a couple of days. And I spent the best quarantine days in this beautiful spa hotel. We lived on the 10th floor in a luxurious room with excellent repair. From the balcony you can see the sea, pine forest. The staff is fine, everything is very clean. The food was delicious. The care during quarantine touched - garlic and horseradish were always on the table. Especially recommend the spa hotel to those who love to swim - the pool with thermal water worked until night. Only for the quarantine time the hours were reduced. Perhaps everything was still great, as we were few. Because the countries were closed. Thank you again for this website, which, by the way, is cheaper than if you bought it on the spot. I then extended my stay. It was clear. It's okay. Thank you very much. No negative, just positive feedback. Maybe I'll just add some from me. Those who need mud at full height - you better take spa hotel Jaunkemeri. But it only has a pool during aqua aerobics and a small one. There's mud in the bags on the body parts, like a treatment. Or for an extra fee, half a body.

Negative side: distribution of medical procedures. 1. For a very long time... Several days. While they are handing over the sanatorium book. 2. Mistakes with procedures. The time interval between procedures, for example, in my book was 5 minutes. That is... March 12 Massage starts at 13:40 (on the 1st floor) and the next laser procedure is at 13:45 in room 4. During laser therapy they expressed indignation at me that I was late for the procedure. Why, having paid everything on time and a considerable amount, should I, like a schoolgirl, make excuses for other people’s mistakes????? Moreover, this is not my first time at the sanatorium, but the disadvantages are the same. This is primarily a medical institution, and the schedule of procedures takes a very long time to draw up.... it is also illiterate and incorrect.

We rested with the whole family, from young to old. Everyone was very pleased. A year ago I was on holiday alone and since I was delighted, this year we decided to come together. I liked everything very much, we were treated, we had a rest, you couldn’t wish for anything better. The rooms are magnificent, the food is excellent (varied, complete and enough of everything). The procedures are effective. The staff is responsive and positive.. My daughter really liked the physical education trainer - a smiling, calm, kind girl. So next year, if possible, we will come back again. Thanks everyone!

1) it is not convenient for older people that the procedures are located on 2 floors. ..and even to the first floor for procedures you need to climb 4 or 5 steps... And if a person is in a wheelchair, then he definitely won’t be able to do it on his own... an accompanying person is needed... 2) about the quality of treatment: there are completely useless procedures that they exist for quantity (4 procedures per day are stated) .. but then they can be easily changed for something more useful... it’s a pity that the time for treatment is running out ..

1. Very poor WiFi internet in the room, constantly interrupted. 2. Small pool, regular classes in different sections. This could be allocated to separate hours after six in the evening. Moreover, the pool is shallow, just for treatment and relaxation in a sanatorium, and not for sports sections.

Thank you very much for a great vacation!!! We were vacationing with a small child of 2 and a half years old, the staff was very patient and friendly, although the baby was not the most obedient 😊 I had to go to some procedures with the child and the medical staff helped. We will definitely come to this sanatorium again, only with two people, because we are waiting for the second one.
