The interior of the room and the upper floors meet modern design requirements. It was nice to be in a cafe with an updated interior. We were glad to take advantage of the proposed activities, which were provided by the sanatorium free of charge. I was very impressed by the exhibition of Valdis Bush and the flower garden of the Bulduri School of Horticulture and Floriculture. They were surprised when, near the treatment rooms, the administrator of the sanatorium ordered that entertainment channels be removed from the TV screen and advertisements for the sanatorium put on. We watched this advertisement every morning at breakfast and remember it by heart. It’s more likely an anti-advertising. (thank God that it was only 7 days and that it was turned on without sound) :) During other meals, the TV was turned off. The products are not of the highest quality, although it was felt that the chef tried.

1. It’s time for the management of the sanatorium to seriously think about air conditioning in standard rooms! Covid is no excuse, it’s the 21st century and climate change! 2. TV in the room is good, but what's the use of more than 30 programs without news channels! They will object that there is no point in watching TV on vacation. But there were a couple of channels in German and Russian with news. After all, people also come to you from other European countries. 3. The issue with dry rations during evening and late check-in has not been resolved properly. The resort could afford to spend a few extra euros - it would look beautiful, like they do in normal hotels. 4. Some massage therapists reduce the time from the prescribed 15 minutes to 10 minutes / or is there no standard? /

Upon arrival, they gave me the keys to the economy room... IT WAS A QUIET HORROR!!! They said which one they ordered. I’ve been to many sanatoriums, in rooms of different categories, but this is the first time I’ve seen something like this, and for that kind of money. I don’t mind the money for my health. but to live in a room where there is only shabby old stuff. But forgive me. A TV with dented speakers. which is a hundred years old on Thursday, furniture twisted into planks, which is scary to touch, let alone. lie down, for fear. of falling apart. It’s just a shame! It was good to be able to pay extra. But the first desire was to leave this sanatorium, we were simply already in the mood for rehabilitation. In other sanatoriums, doctors prescribe procedures based on the diagnoses that the family doctor wrote in the referral, and not according to templates. I was dissatisfied with the visit to the sanatorium. I didn’t get the desired result of rehabilitation. I think the administration will think about improving the economy rooms and correctly assigning procedures. There are many people who want to get treatment and relax.

I was on vacation in July. The room was on the 10th floor, with a view of pine trees and the sea behind them. Loggia with garden chairs and clothes dryer. The room is excellent, a huge bed, TV, table, wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, lamps, refrigerator, safe. The room was cleaned every day. The bed sheets were not changed in a week. Towels were changed 3 times. There is no air conditioning. It was the hottest time, more than 30 degrees, but the room was not painfully stuffy. Location from the sea 5 five minutes at a slow pace. Treatment: the schedule of procedures is quite tight. The staff is friendly. Everything is fine. Meals: breakfast is a buffet, but is served by a waiter at your request. Lunch and dinner - Your pre-order for tomorrow according to the menu. Always have fruit for breakfast and lunch. The menu is quite varied. For every taste. Machine coffee, only black or white. The overall impression and feeling was that I was satisfied, healed, and rested. There was a test drive for a week. Now I plan to come for 10 days. Yes, another important point - the guys at the reception deserve special respect. Guests are different, with different characters and needs. The staff has enviable endurance. There are no downsides as such. There is a wish - guests should be offered a full list of paid procedures. I took one that the doctor suggested. Perhaps I would have taken something else if the information had been freely available.

The rooms were hot, like in a bathhouse! No air conditioning. But there is no point in installing them, since such a summer in Latvia probably happens once every hundred years!!! There is no kiosk in the resort where you can buy sunscreen, etc.
