There is no sale of cosmetics and basic things: such as shampoo, deodarant, scissors, cold drinks and soap dishes in the rooms have not been cleaned for a long time. Soap barely comes out in the shower and near the washbasins. Лечебные ванны назначает наш врач, в зависимости от показаний. Соответственно, Вам назначили одну ванну (фитоэкстракт) на весь срок прохождения реабилитации в нашем санатории, чтобы Вы почувствовали эффект от лечения. У нас нет мыльниц в номерах. В душевой и около раковины находятся дозаторы с жидким мылом / гелем для тела/ шампунем. Дозаторы настроены так, чтобы за одно нажатие клиент получил необходимую для мытья дозу средства по уходу за телом. Если есть ощущение, что этого недостаточно – можно нажать на дозатор еще раз. Да, санаторий оставляет за собой право предлагать платные услуги, в том числе – аренда халатов, например. Еще раз хотелось бы отметить, санаторий «Белоруссия» является санаторием в полном смысле этого слова – с очень сильной лечебной базой, большим количеством лечебно-реабилитационных процедур. Это не СПА отель, мы предлагаем отдых для здоровья. You need to pay attention to this and immediately ask the nurse to explain where to go. 2. The administrator at the pool, working on April 19 and 20, is a separate specimen who imagines himself to be a big boss. This “nice” woman constantly points out where slippers should be left and in what cases this should be done, as if a “highly intelligent” lady was dealing with the mentally retarded. 3. Although the medical staff is generally adequate, my daughter and I came across a not very adequate doctor who, without explaining his actions, tried to measure the ear pressure of my 4-year-old, starting to pull her ear towards a device that was incomprehensible to a child. Наш шведский стол на завтраки – это наша гордость. Он очень разнообразен, предлагаются и каши, и молочные продукты, мясные горячие и холодные блюда, яйца, омлеты, блинчики, салаты более 7 видов, платы со свежими овощами, а также мюсли, хлопья, йогурты, кефир, молоко, джемы, варенья, подливы, собственная выпечка и тп. При этом каждый день новые завтраки.... разве что, действительно, нет фруктов. Мы подумаем о предложении внести в меню завтрака и свежие фрукты. По поводу отсутствия каких-либо блюд в конце завтрака – наши официантки строго следят за тем, чтобы мармиты были полными, поэтому блюда всегда пополняются.
