The biggest disadvantage of your stay is the lack of air conditioning in the residential rooms and corridors of the medical building! With persistent heat above +30, it was unbearable. People suffered day and night from stuffy rooms. The administration should think about this problem!

you sanatoriums.com posted a photo of an economy single room. when I arrived, they put me in an old room with a bunch of broken furniture and said that you sanatoriums.com constantly post false photos and deceive people. I wasn’t the only one and they offered me to pay an extra 200 euros, but I didn’t. As for service in Belarus, the service is good everywhere EXCEPT MEDICAL RECEPTION!!! THEY ARE RUDE, PRESCRIBING PROCEDURES WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE CLIENT'S WISHES. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FACED SUCH IGNORANCE AND RUDE!!!

I was struck by the squalor of the room. Everything is old. The bed linen was never changed. Neither shower gel nor shampoo was added during the entire stay. There is no air conditioning.

Shower taps in the pool with a low degree of functionality... There is no possibility of adjusting the water flow, the soap takes a long time to wash off... The headrests in the therapeutic baths are fabric, irreplaceable!!!... It would be better if they were plastic, removable, washed before each procedure or not at all take off, the bath is not for sleeping, only 15 minutes of procedure... Sorry.
