During the week we completed 28 procedures: 4 daily. This is enough, more may tire you. Very friendly staff: no matter how many times we had questions, they helped and accommodated us so many times. The fact that you will feel better after staying in the sanatorium is 100%. The food is very balanced and thoughtful. You can order, the girls serve you immediately, clear the tables right away, everything is very clean and of high quality. A large selection of dishes will satisfy the most demanding customers. Wonderful pool, temperature +28-29. Water aerobics is offered and there are several swimming lanes. I would like to thank Natalia for her kind heart and professionalism. I would like to note that all the staff, as if they were selected, are not indifferent. I recommend taking renovated rooms, they have everything you need, a hairdryer and refrigerator, a safe and shower amenities. The rooms are cleaned very well and daily; The bed sheets are changed once a week. Very good mattresses and excellent sound insulation. The only downsides are unstable Wi-Fi in the room and lack of boiling water. Otherwise, you can drink mineral water, but it’s not for everyone. Very quiet area, center of Jurmala 20 min. on foot, Riga center - 25 minutes by train. Swimming pool with mineral water, gymnastics in the pool under the guidance of professional instructors, excellent treatment facilities. 4 procedures per day. There are additional procedures for an additional fee. Prices are lower than European ones. Special thanks to Natalia Muravyova. This masseuse is a professional in her field. I highly recommend.. Во время Вашего пребывания у нас действительно не были доступны всего две процедуры (галотерапия и гальваногрязь), в связи с ремонтом. Информация об этом временном неудобстве есть на официальном сайте нашего санатория. Недоступные процедуры заменяются другими. На завтрак наш санаторий предлагает «шведский стол», каждое утро клиентов ждут более 20 вариантов завтрака. Каждое утро на завтрак есть каши (2-3 видов), молочные продукты, мысные и рыбные горячие и холодные блюда, яйца, сыр и колбасы (разных видов). Варианты блюд на завтрак меняются через день. Состав вторых блюд на обед клиент выбирает сам по заказному меню, для гарнира всегда предлагаются несколько видов салатов, и морковь с капустой там, конечно же, присутствует. В стоимость лечебного пакета включены 2 посещения врача – в день заезда и за день до выезда. Кроме этого, у клиентов есть возможность обратится к любому дежурному врачу в любое время, для этого надо обратится к медперсоналу. Хочется сразу отметить, что все претензии по поводу лечения, а также персонала разбираются и решаются на месте. Нам сложно оценить ситуацию с лечащим врачом по Вашему отзыву. Мы подняли документы, Вашу медицинскую карту, а также выписку-эпикриз и констатировали, что все диагнозы прописаны верно, а также лечение Вам было назначено корректно. По поводу чайника и чашек – спасибо за замечание, мы устраним эту проблему. Вода предлагается в столовом зале, на медицинском посту, а также можно приобрести бутылку с водой в нашем ресторане. Освещение в номере достаточное – потолочное освещение, прикроватные бра, а также настольная лампа. Все номера санатория отремонтированы, в них новая мебель, новая техника и сантехника.
