Problems with drinking water, because there is no kettle in the room, and there are no mugs or plates. They offer to buy in stores that are located in an unknown location, especially upon arrival, until you find out where, and many visitors need to take medicine, and their age and finances do not allow them to run around looking for water. They don't provide you with a towel at the pool, you have to take it from your room, and if the classes are group, the area is very crowded. There is no liquid soap in the pool shower.

Lunch and dinner on the menu - the quality of the food is too low, the excuse that this is dietary food in response to reviews is incorrect, because in other resorts in different countries there is also healthy food, but for some reason it is much tastier - I think this is very big minus the sanatorium, because the food always leaves a big impression. And in Latvia, the products are of very high quality and very tasty, how can you spoil food like this based on such initial data. In my opinion, this needs to be corrected urgently.

There is one big minus. The mattresses are covered with waterproof mattress covers, covered with short sheets, and as soon as you lie down, all this very quickly slides off the mattress and you lie not on a flat surface, but on a lump of linen. The sanatorium is undergoing renovations on the upper floors. The audibility was amazing; it felt like the renovation was happening behind the wall, and not across the floor. The constant noise did not allow me to rest. Again, due to renovations, there were interruptions in hot water (there was no water in the room for 2 days). Problems with the elevator. As it turned out, it often breaks down, and vacationers become victims stuck in it. If you come for breakfast after 9.15, there will definitely be no buns left, you can scrape the salads along the walls. In general, you won’t leave hungry, but you will eat what’s left. When asked to bring the finished dishes, they answered that there was no more. In general, it is better to come to the beginning of everything, because then you will definitely not have enough of something - either food, or glasses, or tea, or equipment for physical therapy, but due to the schedule of procedures this does not always work out. The pool has very inconvenient lockers on top of each other; it is difficult to get into your own locker if you have a neighbor nearby. In showers, water flows only as long as you hold the button. The reception staff are not friendly or competent. They don't know how to behave with guests.

I really didn't like it. This is a waterproof mattress mat. Of course, I understand that people stay differently, but for 3 stars......? Let's just say it's too cheap. The cleaners came every day and asked if there was any need to clean. Only the cleanliness of the windows left much to be desired, and even in the bathroom the mirror was as clean as it gets
