It was especially pleasant to communicate with Tatiana at the reception; she gave comprehensive information and very useful advice to any question. Suzanne's massage is unexpectedly wonderful. Ivanna performs all physiotherapeutic procedures perfectly; gas injections administered with her light hand are almost painless. Dana, who prepares the baths, is also friendly and attentive. In general, in a short period of time it was a wonderful holiday with improvement. Everything was great. The attitude of all the staff is excellent, very attentive, no one is rude, many thanks to Tatyana and Blanca. The treatment was very well organized, all procedures were carried out conscientiously and carefully. Many thanks to the massage therapist Suzanne (she does a very professional massage, just golden hands), the very attentive nurse Ivanka, who conducts excellent procedures, gives high-quality gas injections, and the wonderful Dana, from whom I received various water treatments. Food is a separate issue altogether, everything is very tasty prepared, a variety of dishes, the chef is simply a master of his craft. We are very pleased with our choice of resort! Friendly staff. Tatyana at the reception explained everything well, helped with parking the car, thank her very much for that! Very good team. Nice, clean rooms. Cleaned every day. They keep it clean. The treatment is great. They will always help when there are problems. All springs are nearby. The treatment center is not large, but there is everything you need, mineral water baths, all the nurses: Dana, Suzanna, Ivanna work harmoniously, serve on time, are friendly. We were fed "to slaughter", we ordered two meals a day, but the menu was so appetizing that we also took dinner at the reception, everything was very tasty. Thank you very much! I am very pleased with my stay at the Purkyne Spa Hotel. The hotel is located next to the Geyser Colonnade in the center of Karlovy Vary. The doctor saw me the next day of my arrival - on Sunday. The single room is cozy and clean. There are flowers outside the window, a view of the elevator tower. Towels were changed every other day, bed sheets were changed twice a week, cleaning was done daily. The treatment center is not large, but everything you need is there, mineral water baths, the girls work well, serve on time, and are friendly. I really enjoyed my massage with Mrs. Zuzana, thank you very much. The food was no frills, but everything was deliciously prepared and hot, the menu included two or three types of juices, water with lemon and mint, tea, coffee, milk, vegetable salads or simply chopped vegetables for all meals. The menu begins to repeat itself after 10 days. Many thanks to the cook and waiters - they served attentively. At the reception all the employees are friendly, when I arrived at 12 at night, I was offered dinner. Thanks to Mrs. Tatyana - she will explain everything and advise. What surprised me was that this small hotel has a gym. Next time my trip to Karlovy Vary will be only for you. Health and prosperity to everyone!Negatives
