Thanks to all the wonderful staff of the Purkinje sanatorium for a great stay! I felt at home, in my family. The sanatorium is located in the very “heart” of the city, right next to the springs. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I especially want to mention Tanya at the reception!: She is truly a Holiday Person!, as I heard earlier. And also:: Very responsive and professional Blanca. Among the medical staff, I would like to especially mention nurse Adeline as an excellent specialist, a source of gushing Positivity and simply a beautiful and charming Woman! The massage therapists here are very professional. Friendly and helpful staff in the dining room. I am very pleased with my vacation and already miss everyone.. I highly recommend it!! This is not a negative, but a suggestion. I would like to have a permanent doctor in the sanatorium.. The rest is PERFECT!!

We rested for 2 weeks at the Purkyne sanatorium at the end of September 2021. We were satisfied with absolutely everything: the location of the sanatorium, accommodation, food, etc. The ratio of price of accommodation and quality of service is excellent. Special thanks to the procedural nurses who treat their 'patients' not like numbers, but almost like home. Many thanks to all the hotel staff who make our guests' stay enjoyable. We will be happy to be guests of the Purkyne Spa Hotel again.Negatives
The only negatives I can mention are the creaking bed and the lack of a trash bin in the room (a small bucket with a pedal was only in the bathroom) - but after asking, we were immediately given another such bucket.

From September 29 to 10, 2021, I vacationed at the Purkyne sanatorium in Karlovy Vary. The hotel is located in the very center. Here you can stay and simultaneously take different medical procedures. It is very convenient that the Restaurant and all treatment rooms are located in this hotel. The entire Hotel staff was very polite and patient with us, for which we thank them very much. After the holiday I had only positive emotions. If I go again and have the opportunity, I will only choose Purkyne.Negatives

We were the first guests since the hotel had been closed for a year and a half, which we feared was like teething problems, but we didn't notice, thanks to the professional management, everything went like clockwork. You felt welcome and safe because the Corona requirements were adhered to in all areas. The food was delicious and varied, courteous waiters. Clean hotel. We were in Karlovy Vary for only 4 days, so we didn’t have time to evaluate the treatment at the hotel. But there are no complaints about the accommodation, only advantages. Quiet rooms, good soundproofing, room with river view and large balcony. Also a huge plus for us of this hotel is that there is thermal water for procedures.

The main advantages of this hotel are its proximity to thermal springs and a cozy, one might say “homely” atmosphere. Since we are already pensioners, it is difficult for us to walk along the steep descents and ascents, but it was all nearby. Among all the three-star hotels in KV, Purkin has the best prices for accommodation and treatment. Very nice staff. High quality cleaning. Very good furnishings in the room. For such a modest price, this is the best offer.

This hotel left a very good impression. Convenient location, helpful staff. The quality of treatment is standard, as in most hotels. Water procedures were carried out on the basis of thermal water, fortunately it is nearby, just a few steps from one source. The food is without gastronomic delights, but quite satisfactory. We are resting and receiving treatment for the third time at the Purkyne sanatorium. We like the location of the hotel - close to mineral water springs and mineral thermal baths in the sanatorium - the water comes practically from a well. I like the calm family atmosphere both in the restaurant and during the procedures, the staff is highly qualified and attentive. We want to come here again. A wonderful small, intimate hotel. The location is beyond praise - walking distance to all sources. The attitude of the staff is as friendly and inviting as possible. The food was disappointing: it was impossible not to finish eating (it was very tasty), and the portion sizes were large - so there was almost no room left for beer))). There is always a choice. A good set of procedures, and nurse Adele is absolutely beyond praise!!! Thank her very much!!! Special thanks to the water treatment nurse - always attentive, polite, patient - she will explain and tell you everything. Many thanks to her!!!
