I liked everything very much!!! We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, and on the way back we were comfortably taken to the airport by car! The guy brought our things right to our boarding gate and we didn’t have to look for where to check in for our flight! Super!!. At the reception we were greeted very warmly and were immediately given a room. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful spacious room. Below the windows, which also surprised and delighted, the Tepla River bubbled peacefully and calmly. The room was constantly cleaned, towels and bed linen were changed frequently. Despite the day off, the doctor saw us and prescribed treatment. So we started taking procedures on Monday. All the staff are very friendly and highly qualified! There were no language difficulties in communication. The rest, the treatment, and the food were wonderful, so our 12 days flew by in one breath. It should be noted that the hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the resort, therefore close to the colonnades with springs. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, silence and relaxation, without fuss and crowd. And even the vacationers are very friendly! There are excellent excursions organized in Karlovy Vary on weekends. There was a nice bonus here too. We bought excursions from the Renata travel agency and when one of us was unable to go on the excursion, she was given a full refund. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the portions were very large. So we weren’t hungry, quite the opposite. We were pleased with the delicious and varied fish. We enjoyed trout, eel, shark, carp, smoked salmon. Variety of cheeses, including Dorblu. There were fruits, vegetables, desserts, and juices. In general, we had the most pleasant impressions of our vacation and a lot of gratitude to everyone who created it for us!!! If the circumstances are right, we will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to our friends!!

But there are also a couple of disadvantages, unfortunately. Since our arrival, the lock on the door to the bathroom did not work. This was immediately reported to the reception. On the second day they asked to fix it again. Then they reminded me again. As a result, during our entire stay at the sanatorium, the lock was never repaired. I also didn’t like that in the restaurant the fish was only steamed. This kind of food is not for everyone.

The pedestrian zone allows you to take a 2-hour walk in the city center. There are paths nearby - exit into the forested area. A well-thought-out and organized wellness process - all procedures in the sanatorium (they offer more than 14 procedures). Attentive and friendly staff.

For breakfast - buffet, for dinner - a la carte. Breakfast is usual: two slices of cheese, slices of sausage or ham, hot porridge and sausages (sausages), cottage cheese, yogurt, two types of jam, honey (in a barrel), two types of juice (real, not a la Yuppie): tomato and orange , tea (boiling water) + 3 types of bags, coffee (brewed in a coffee machine and poured into a thermos), cold and hot milk, muesli, pastries (unfortunately, I wasn’t always able to try - they took it apart, but the one I tried was delicious) . For dinner - water in a jug and hot tea as for breakfast. Treatment. This is a SPA hotel, not a sanatorium, so everything is quite decent: mineral water baths, paraffin, peat, lymphatic drainage, dry carbon dioxide bath, competent massage, gas injections and oxygen therapy with new devices. Number of procedures according to booking. Thank you for the restoration! The beds are comfortable, the rooms and the entire hotel are clean.
