Regarding the food: the quality of the food itself is not bad, but the cuisine is very poor, there is practically no choice, it is noticeable that they save on everything, especially the dinners are modest. It was not possible to get a full massage - the nurse “quietly” changed the time, indicating the one at which we could not. This was our first stay at the Purkyne Hotel and we have never regretted it. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with new furniture and fixtures, daily cleaning, a magnificent view of the Church of St. Mary Magdalene and the Tepla River. The range and quality of spa treatments, the attitude of the spa doctor and staff, the cuisine and, especially, the location of the hotel in the center of the resort area - all this encourages you to come here again and again. Excellent location for the springs and other attractions. High-quality food (mainly Czech cuisine). A full range of therapeutic procedures, baths with mineral water from Karlovy Vary springs. I came to Karlovy Vary for the fifth time. This was my first stay at the Purkin Hotel. I liked the organization of the holiday (from reception at the reception to receiving procedures.). The doctor saw me on Sunday and prescribed a drinking course and procedures. The food is varied and large portions. The room is large with a view of the river. I fell asleep to the sound of water and it didn’t bother me at all. There are only positive emotions from staying in this hotel. At the end of this year I will go to this hotel again. The very next day, in the morning, the procedures began, which we received in full within three weeks. Many thanks to Valery not only for the professional massage, but also for many health tips, to Dana for the water treatments, and also to the senior nurse. sister simply because she is a holiday person. You come to her for procedures and are charged with a positive, great mood for the whole day. I would also like to note the ideal order and cleanliness of the hotel, which is maintained by the maids - two Yanas. Special thanks to the cooks and waiters for the delicious and varied food. I liked the hotel, everything was very clean, regular cleaning and change of towels. The food is good, tasty, and the type of crockery the table is served in is simply a sight for sore eyes! Very friendly staff, especially in the dining room. I have mixed feelings about the treatment. On one side, the hotel has a mineral spring and there are mineral baths (not all hotels in Karlovy Vary have such baths). I would return to this hotel for these baths. The rest of the procedures are standard (inhalations, massage, magnet and others). But in 10 days we were given only 20 procedures, instead of the required 26. Treatment services are provided by a separate organization that is not affiliated with the hotel. At the reception they told me to contact the nurse, and the nurse said that there was no free time for the remaining procedures. I didn’t want to go demand and spoil my mood. As a result, we were left untreated))) This problem is systematic at the hotel.Negatives

What I didn’t like was the confusion with the procedures, at first they weren’t completed, then they were completed, but they ran around saying that there were a lot of them, although they were exactly as ordered. Гости отеля получали процедуры в полном объеме . Осенью 2018 г. в отеле был дополнительно установлен усилитель Wi –Fi , проблем с интернетом в отеле нет . Администрация отеля .
