We are very pleased with our choice of resort! Very convenient treatment - except for baths, everything can be obtained on one floor, quickly, carefully, politely. Most of the procedures are performed by one nurse, Ivana - special thanks to her! Attentive, calm, experienced, friendly, you can always change the time of procedures if necessary. We cannot evaluate the work of masseuse Suzanna, since we did not perform massages, but we received dry carbon dioxide baths, and everything was friendly and calm. Waiting time for procedures is no more than 5 minutes. The baths are located on the 0th floor, they are released by nurse Dana, a lady with character, but it is very worth listening to her advice - she is a great professional. It wouldn't hurt to bring a robe with you. At the reception everything is smooth and calm, but I especially want to highlight Tatyana, who helped a lot with advice. With our late check-in due to delayed trains, it was nice to have a tray of dinner waiting for us. In addition, you can also ask for a thermos, which can be filled with hot water in the restaurant or at the reception. The location is ideal, the staff is excellent, the food is healthy, just like at home. The portions are very large. The restaurant has assigned tables, is clean, beautiful, the waiters are very polite, attentive, no queues for food. Only 42 guests live in the hotel, so very soon everyone becomes familiar, by the end there is an exchange of addresses and telephone numbers - all of them are their own... One important note - the sockets do not allow you to plug in anything other than a phone charger, because... in the hotel they are all different, you need adapters with recesses on the sides. Towels changed every 3 days, clean, fluffy. The bed is ok. For one 1.5 hour free visit to the pool and sauna you need to take a voucher from the reception, but personally we didn’t enjoy it, because... Everything in the building is very confusing, it is difficult to get into, and the inside is not very comfortable. Thermal pool is outside, something to consider in cold weather. We must also keep in mind that a taxi will not be able to drive up to the hotel, but the receptionist on duty (didn’t ask for his name, alas!) called the taxi driver, and he came for us, brought our suitcases and showed us where he was standing. Excellent location of the resort. Inside as in the photo. I was satisfied with everything. Moreover, we got a wonderful room. After cleaning, the room smells delicious for a long time. Towels are changed every 3 days! You can regulate the heating in the rooms. We really appreciated it. The dining room is very nice and has a comfortable temperature. For convenience, I advise you to take some dressing gowns for moving around before and after taking a bath. They also provide towels right away, so there is no need to take them from the room. For convenience, something with a zipper that can be unzipped for oxygen injections is easy to remove when coming for a massage. Also, be sure to wear pants and socks for a drainage massage. And for magnets on legs and mud, so that you can easily expose your legs or back. We were there for 2 weeks. We took 2 meals. And we are glad. But this is based on the state of activity. I just don’t want to go on excursions or so many. Every day you can change breakfast-lunch or breakfast-dinner. The portions are simply huge. It was quite enough for us; the menu was varied, but dietary. You can diversify your diet in a large number of restaurants. Prices (can be found via Google) are not cheap, but cheaper than in Germany. But we already wanted to unload our stomachs and we went first for buns, then for some tasty treats and fruits at Lidl and Albert (it’s closer). Very tasty Czech honey cake (but not chocolate!) at Lidl and the price is half the price. I bought goat's milk at Albert. Very cheap compared to REWE. Also be sure to visit the salt cave in Lazne 5 (a little further from the Termal pool there is a large white building). There you can take a subscription for 10 sessions. It's better to sign up in advance each time. At the Termal pool they also provide sheets and towels. There is no hairdryer there. No recording. To drink water, we just took small glass bottles from home. But, for fun, you can buy special cups (~10еу). You should drink only before meals min. for 40. If anyone wants, I recommend taking some containers; you can make baths for your hands and feet from thermal water. The hottest springs Nr.1. And we need containers in which to deliver it. We took 1.5l. bottles. If you take a transfer, be aware that there is really limited space for luggage. If the bus is full and there will be more than 1 suitcase per person (+ bags), be prepared that it will be under your feet. Coming out of the hotel, on the contrary, there is a recess between the shops. There is an elevator up there. Going right along the upper lower street, there will be a pharmacy. They speak Russian there. Going further, straight ahead, there is a place where you can take some nice photos from above. For the rest, relax and have fun. Be sure to visit the “Christmas House” and the glass factory with your child. Skip the wax museum. You can just spend time at Diana, there is also a butterfly museum. There is a children's playground, by the way 👍.. Go to the information desk (it's 2 steps from the hotel) and take a discount card. But first, find out everything about it and calculate the time and benefits. Thermal baths are prescribed in very few cases. I was prescribed 10 oxygen injections, and I barely endured 9. And the thermal bath, out of 33 procedures, is only 3! Mud procedures, I didn’t understand what this mud was about. But they don’t exactly put dirt on you. She doesn’t particularly dirty her body either. I think this procedure is not very effective. Great location. The room overlooked a pedestrian street. A clearly structured schedule of procedures made it possible to use time effectively: before lunch and, especially after lunch, there is the opportunity to walk around the city. All treatment procedures took place in the hotel itself. Gas injections are a unique procedure, practiced specifically in Karlovy Vary and gradually spreading in Germany and Ukraine. Pearl and carbon dioxide baths with mineral water directly from the Geyser spring are wonderfully refreshing and relaxing. Wonderful massage. The farthest source is 250-300 meters. Directly opposite the hotel there is an elevator to the platform. The funicular to the observation tower is 20 minutes away. In good weather, you can enjoy a walk into the city center and even to the upper station. You can take a train or bus to Germany: Hof, Nuremberg or Dresden. Magnificent nature. Responsive staff. Suzanna, Adela, Tatyana - thank you very much for your professionalism and humanity🌹🌹🌹. They fed "for slaughter". The internet in the room was weak, but after our complaint they immediately called the technicians who fixed it. In general, there is nothing to complain about, the sanatorium is declared as three stars, this must be taken into account. If you want to go to procedures in a robe, take it with you, or you will have to rent one.
