Rooms are big, but better take the room looking at Collonada, as river side is more noisy. Bed could be improved. Food is good, there are options like rabbit, beef, chicken, shark, turkey.. point of improvement: to make it even better they can allow to combine different side dishes, got tired of potatoes. Price/performance is perfect. Location is the best. Personal is nice, you can change the time or date of procedure if needed. You feel more comfortable if you speak Russian or Chech.Negatives

Unfortunately, I must note several shortcomings that were caused by two hotel employees. This is the massage therapist who was so rude to many of the hotel guests. During the massage, he had political conversations about Ukraine and Russia. Each time he was rude, saying that he was here to convince us and beat the crap out of us. I have never seen a greater boor in my life. He was rude even to older people. Moreover, he often did this on purpose. With his attitude towards people and towards me, he simply crossed out a lot. He was very aggressive to such an extent that he could not even control himself. Of course, I didn’t go to massages willingly, I even wanted to refuse. Another drawback was that the nurse first gave terms for gas injections, and then sent people to this massage therapist for a massage. What is counter-indecent. First, CO2 gas is driven under the skin, which has the property of accumulation, this is the only way this procedure works. But, if you feel sorry for these same injections, they immediately give you a massage. There was no good effect, it was even painful. And many people did this, I witnessed it myself. I myself had to suggest to the nurse to give gas injections after the massage so that it would be correct and there would be a therapeutic effect. The small, historic hotel in a prime location is highly recommended to guests who appreciate peace and comfort as well as competent treatment from a friendly team without long waiting times. Baths with spring water and very friendly treatment from Sister Dana are particularly recommended. The menu is varied without any superfluous items. The chef shows his skills and takes into account the drinking habits of most guests. The welcome and the atmosphere in the hotel make the stay very pleasant. Thanks to the whole team!

You are greeted as a loved one and helped in every possible way to feel comfortable. All issues that arise are resolved immediately. The rooms are large and clean, the food is very varied and the menu was not repeated in two weeks, there were enough vegetables and fruits. And most importantly, it is very tasty. During the procedures, you not only receive treatment, but also wonderful communication with the nurses. They are always attentive and ready to explain and help.
