We have been going to Karlovy Vary for 12 years, living in different sanatoriums. The location of Purkinė is ideal. Spacious room with new plumbing. Excellent food, every day salads, vegetables, fruits water and tea breakfast lunch dinner free, for two weeks the main dishes were not repeated, delicious. Все продукты питания используем исключительно свежие . Мясо зверя имеет специфический вкус и запах . По медицинским нормам во всех отелях ванны начасованы одинаково . Каждый гость получает информацию о ее пользе и времени пребывания в ванне . На данный момент во всех номерах отеля новые матрацы . А также поменяли подушки , поставщик задержал наш заказ . In nutrition, as a minus, I would note that common dishes served on the tables at the beginning of lunch or dinner, for example, herring, flour, etc., contradict my dietary nutrition - but of course I could not eat them if I wanted.

First of all, the location. The very center. Even in bad weather, all sources are within easy reach. The staff is great, although few in number. Tatyana at the reception will always help with advice on any issue. Adela in the procedural is professionalism, optimism and great charm. She will find kind words for everyone. How she copes when there are a lot of procedures and people is a mystery to me. Olga and Patrik create a homely atmosphere in the restaurant, not a restaurant one. Special thanks to the chef. All dishes are always a hit. The cuisine is tasty and nutritious. Everyone will find their own dish. Probably, if you want, you can find some disadvantages, but they are so insignificant that you simply don’t notice them. Great respect to the staff and the spa hotel. I would like to come again. This was my second time staying at Purkyne. The room I stayed in (301) was comfortable enough for one person. Cleaned daily and well. The room was renovated, the bathroom (there was only a shower) was done very tastefully, the designer did a good job! The same can be said about the updated spa complex - very beautiful. Many thanks to Tatyana at the reception, I heard a lot of good tips and advice from this knowledgeable and friendly employee. "Mrs. Doctor" Helena leaves a very good impression. Attentive, responsive. When I was really unwell, without my request and according to information from nurse Adelli, the doctor herself came to my room, examined me and gave recommendations. The fact that the doctor has been replaced in this sanatorium is good news. On my last visit a year ago, this could hardly have been expected. The experience was just the opposite, fortunately not with me personally. Thanks to both Yana and Yana for keeping the room clean and comfortable. I asked to change the pillows - please, a few minutes and the request was already fulfilled. I rearranged the furniture, no objections, and all with smiles. Words of gratitude to Olya and Patrick in the restaurant, good service, quickly respond to requests, patiently wait for you to finish your food, even when it’s time to close the restaurant... This happened several times - we started talking about life and lost track of time... Purkyne is certainly not a five-star hotel , but quite a good combination of price and quality. The negative thing is the transfer from the airport. The driver was unable to take me all the way to the hotel and explained that it was prohibited to drive up to the hotel and you would be fined for it. You can only either very early in the morning or late in the evening. Considering my age, it was not easy for me to roll my suitcase along the paved road surface and carry my bag. And it was about 6 o'clock in the evening. A day later, at about 5 pm, another driver brought the vacationers to the same hotel right up to the doors, and even opened the car doors and then opened his umbrella over the lady’s head, since it was raining! For some reason, he was not fined... As they later explained to me, not all drivers have a license to drive in a restricted traffic zone. Question: why then are they given an order to deliver vacationers to this particular sanatorium? She was always ready to help us and even be our guide; she gave us peace of mind when we managed to leave a bag with passports in the minibus we were taking from the airport. She very quickly contacted the driver Slava Novak, who brought her to the hotel fifteen minutes later. I wish there were more such honest and responsible people.Negatives
A small note and suggestion. It seemed to us that lunch was too early (from 12-00 to 13-30), and the procedures were until 14-00, it turned out to be “running around”. And for dinner there is not enough something for tea (at least white bread).
