The refrigerator is noisy, but I turned it off at night and it kept the cold perfectly until the morning. The view from the window is beautiful, the air is fresh, the radiators are regulated and heat well. Cleaning. The bathroom was very clean. Everything sparkled and shone. Food. Three times I got up from the table without eating anything at all. Well, it just didn’t taste good, I tried it and moved it away. But in most cases it was at least edible, and sometimes very, very tasty, I collected every crumb from the plate. There were not enough fresh vegetables readily available for lunch and dinner. For breakfast they put out a large bowl of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, and then for some reason they removed it. Treatment. Doctor Helena Shafarikova, works in several hotels, I met her for the third time. Beautiful big sister Adella! Just a source of positivity, good mood, manages everywhere. She also gives gas injections - and these are the best injections I have received in HF so far. Very cleverly and exactly where it is needed. He manages everywhere, manages everyone. Cleaning. The bedroom was hardly cleaned at all. They didn’t vacuum at all; I wiped the dust off the tables and bedside tables myself. The treatment department is very small. The room for oxygen therapy is dark, without windows. Those who receive paraffin in their hands also sit there. Another room resembles a ward in a pioneer camp - 4 beds along the walls, two with mud bags, one with lymphatic drainage, another with magnets. On one side, the hotel has a mineral spring and there are mineral baths (not all hotels in Karlovy Vary have such baths). I would return to this hotel for these baths. The rest of the procedures are standard (inhalations, massage, magnet and others). But in 10 days we were given only 20 procedures, instead of the required 26. Treatment services are provided by a separate organization that is not affiliated with the hotel. At the reception they told me to contact the nurse, and the nurse said that there was no free time for the remaining procedures. I didn’t want to go demand and spoil my mood.
