I really liked the spa hotel Schlosspark. Quiet, relaxing hotel. The location of the hotel is very good in relation to the mineral springs. 5-7 minutes and you are already at the Geyser Colonnade. Meals - breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner a la carte. Everything is very tasty, I especially want to mention the fish dishes. For breakfast there are very tasty croissants and coffee, I also liked the cottage cheese and omelet. Always fresh vegetables and fruits. In general, anyone can choose whatever they want for themselves. The hotel staff is very friendly, they are always ready to help with any question, it’s very nice. As for the treatment, I have nothing to compare with. This was my first time in a sanatorium. I can only say that my general condition has clearly improved. Mineral water has helped benefits, liked the mineral baths, massage, lymphatic drainage. I would also like to note Karlovy Vary as an excellent place to relax, fresh air, a pleasant atmosphere, a break from the hustle and bustle of big cities. If you have the opportunity to visit Karlovy Vary again, choosing a hotel will no longer be a question. Thank you very much everyone for a great vacation!Negatives

We were two families 04/02-04/09/17 for the first time. We didn’t write a review right away so that the enthusiastic feelings would subside. Of course, you can always collect little things and, through comparisons, show their importance, but that’s not the point... Although we traveled here and there, saw the average age of about 50, our friends unanimously recognized this vacation as one of our best. A lot coincided: -the city itself, -opportunities for active recreation, -cultural program, -everything around is free in Russian. And of course about the hotel: - 30% discount on rooms, - excellent balanced cuisine (we never went to restaurants outside the hotel, we didn’t even have the desire, of course, not counting the tasting of draft beer), despite the fact that there was a lot of food, we almost finished it everything to the end. (already at home, according to the results, I lost another 1.5 kg). The service in the dining room is impeccable, everything is adjusted to the wishes (all special wishes are available, but for an additional adequate fee) As for the procedures: - standard set (well described on the Internet), - the program of procedures is compiled according to the capabilities and wishes together with an attentive and competent (in in my case) a doctor (additional consultation is always possible before 15:00), - the medical staff is attentive, responsive, they always try to meet you, but without ingratiation and fawning (this is humanly captivating and applies to the entire hotel staff, so candy in in the end they were really from the bottom of their hearts for human warmth and attention), - the room (and the hotel itself) is well located - quiet, thick curtains and blinds on the windows, comfortable bed (I slept like a baby day and night for the first 3 days), normal furniture , refrigerator, kettle, some dishes, large toilet room with shower, drinking water in the tap, room cleaning, everything is not perfect but at a fairly good and acceptable level. Of course, its small swimming pool (free admission) and sauna are captivating for little money (Ca. 10 €/hour must be pre-ordered at the “recershen”, we ordered 2 times a week (towels and sheets from the hotel) everything is as it should be, and the temperature and take a dip after..., swim... - great!). The hotel itself is small and cozy, there is an elevator. It is located not far from the 1st spring, but with a fairly large difference in altitude, so for people with a lot of weight or the very elderly, “getting” to drink on time before eating can be problematic. I’m 50, not athletic, 86 kg, with a calm, measured step I climbed in one go without shortness of breath and was well warmed up. In my case, I regard this as a positive, since good absorption of water requires intense movement, and active walking is best suited. Bottom line: A good small hotel with reasonable prices for decent service and procedures. Polite, humane staff and excellent cuisine. The hotel is cozy, family-run, calm. Everything is close, treatment, swimming pool and restaurant. The hotel is located close to the springs, in the city center. Comfortable beds and extra pillows, nice, warm room, safe, slippers, large bathroom with shower, pleasant staff, asked for a rug for the shower, they brought it quickly, fulfilled all requests, the hotel is beautiful. In the lobby there is a freely accessible computer. There is a bar with drinks, you can buy ice cream, drink wine or coffee. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive, they allow you to eat even if you arrive 5 minutes before the end of their work. There were cases when they fed newcomers after the restaurant closed. We were allowed to take fruit into our room. Meals are a la carte, there are always free drinks, juices and water. I really liked how the fish was prepared, the meat was always soft and the duck was very good and the pastries were incomparable, especially the cheesecakes and croissants. The treatment was quite professional, I liked the doctor, she made the appointments competently, and her attitude was attentive. I especially liked nurse Gabriella, she was sensitive, I liked her massage technique, and when she worked on bath procedures, she also seemed attentive and friendly to me. This time, it was hard for me to get up to the hotel, it is located on a hill, of course, you can come to the Panorama Hotel on the second bus and go down, if you wish. But when you enter the hotel, you again need to go up the stairs into the hall, and then you just get to the elevator. There is no mineral water supplied to the sanatorium. I didn’t like how the gas injections were given, it was deep and very painful, there were a lot of bruises. There is little dietary food for lunch and dinner, only fish. Large portions, I was given half a portion at my request. There is no coffee machine, they brew the coffee themselves and pour it into titanium. But the disadvantages are minor, there are more advantages.

I liked it very much. I just don’t have anything to compare with yet, since it’s my first time in Karlovy Vary. I liked the doctor who prescribed the procedures and saw her on the first day (sorry I don’t know her name), she has blond hair, she prescribed the procedures after an examination “conscientiously”, not just to “serve a number”. A very correct approach to nutrition. Buffet only in the morning, lunch and dinner from the menu ordered the day before. No need to worry that if you come back later, there will be nothing left :) The food was delicious. The girls at the SPA center are very nice. When I received the procedure schedule and it didn’t suit my schedule, they replaced it. If I say that all the staff, including the doctor, speak Russian, I won’t surprise anyone. Good location of the hotel. In fact, a couple of minutes before water in the morning and at lunch. I really liked everything - a completely homely atmosphere, clean, cozy, excellent food, you come to the restaurant as if you were the only unique visitor))). My husband and I managed to get sick with the flu - the doctor did not overcharge He accepted our questions, and later, at our request, checked our condition, and completely free of charge. Cozy medical department, everything was on time, without haste. I liked the pool - small, but comfortable, and most importantly, warm! (29-30 water)!!!, which is extremely important for me. Unfortunately, on the first day I hit my toes on the leg of the bed (the legs stick out a little and are covered with a blanket on top). My leg hurt throughout my stay, so I had limited mobility and couldn’t walk much. My finger still hurts.

It feels like I lived for 2 weeks among caring friends, and not strangers doing their job. Medical care and all procedures were at the highest level, all additional procedures were not expensive and exceeded all my expectations. For me, the minus was that the Schlosspark hotel is located on the mountain. The climb is very steep and there is no transport to go up or down. For a healthy person this is not such a big problem, because the ascent and descent take 5 minutes, but I have bad legs and am overweight, so it was difficult for me. You have to go to the springs 3 times a day, and I couldn’t do it, I had to buy a thermos and carry water upstairs with me. I also advise all vacationers not to take full board with 3 meals a day at the hotel, but to take 2 meals a day. The food was excellent and varied, everything was very tasty. But there is too much food - for lunch and dinner they provide an appetizer, salad bar, soup, main course and dessert. All this is wonderful, but it’s a lot. In addition, you must always return to the hotel for lunch and dinner at a certain time. It is more convenient to have dinner in the city and then you can go to the theater, concert, etc. and not rush to dinner. And the last wish is that the bar and restaurant close later. Everything closes at 8 o'clock and there is absolutely nothing to do in the evening, just watch TV. It would be nice if there was music playing in the lobby bar and on the terrace until 11 pm and you could sit outside and watch people, at least in the summer. Otherwise everything was great.

....I chose this sanatorium based on reviews and listening to my own intuition. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. The location is in the very center, near the first source, next to the final stop of bus number 2. A little on a hill and very close to the Koshka castle. Photographers will love the views from the terrace. The pool is excellent, the sauna. The medical base is considered to be at a high level. I personally have nothing to compare with; this is my first visit to Karlovy Vary. The sanatorium has two excellent massage therapists. In eleven days I received 27 chairs. The hot tubs are amazing, I kept hoping that I would be forgotten there until tomorrow. The rooms also have large baths. The food is very good. Sometimes, however, it is unusual for us. The staff is very friendly and so are the vacationers. You will immediately feel at home. Personally, I am a very picky person, but everything was so perfect and ideal that you instantly relax, start looking outside the windows and making plans for the entire vacation. This is the review I got. I wish everyone a pleasant holiday, good mood, positive emotions and hydromassage every day.

The hotel is located on a hill, making it difficult for older people to climb the mountain. For lunch and dinner, the meat was always dry, and the fish was sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen with an unpleasant aftertaste. Sometimes the food was too salty to the point of impossibility. The cook puts stale leaves into salads or collects salad from leftover dishes from the previous day. As for treatment, instead of the announced 43 procedures, we received 41 procedures. Instead of 3 doctor visits, there were 2 and one of them was counted as a procedure. Some of the procedures that are on the site do not exist at all.

I like very much the Schlosspark Sanatorium, location is great, I have a very beautiful, well decorated room with balcony, with partial views of the center, the cleanness of the rooms is very good, the amenities are good, too, provided every day, if needed, every day clean towels, for the 10 day stay I have my bedding changed 3 times. The SPA is very good, all procedures are done by great medical staff, they are all great professionals, the doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. The food was good and tasty, but not a big selection to choose from... If some guests have a special food diets/restrictions, like Vegan, Kosher, etc.it's not really provided by the kitchen, so I hope in the future they might update and improve the menu choices.But overall its a very pleasant impression , and I''ll be returning to this Hotel again.Negatives

All wishes are fulfilled without any problems, it feels like this hotel has the best staff, who are very happy that you came to them. Believe me, there is something to compare with. I vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the 6th time, always in different hotels. I especially remember: reception - Irena and Vladimir (I pestered them several times with questions and problems - they always helped with pleasure), SPA - Ivanna and Maria (well, a very nice girl). The food is good, the dinners are even too rich. There was always fruit. At first I was surprised by the seemingly small selection, but, as it turned out later, there was more than enough of everything. A couple of times, of course, there was undercooked rubbery meat and dry chicken, but that’s all. I don’t know why this depends, maybe on the shift, but otherwise everything is fine. Not as bad as one of the negative reviews said. And, again, very pleasant service. In general, the holiday was a success. Thanks to the staff! And thanks to Vladislav (sanatoriums)! - A strange and very unpleasant fact was that when changing linen (they changed it every three days), the change was made only on one bed. It should be clarified that the room has a large bed, which consists of two beds pushed together. I used both, i.e., like one big one: I can lie across the bed, I can sit, etc. No, my bed was not dirty, but it was unpleasant, especially since I pay more for a room for single occupancy and, I think, have the right to use everything in the room. Never seen this before!? I wonder if it was one big bed??? I would like to say to the owners: Gentlemen, change your linen every five days, as is customary everywhere, but change it on both beds!!! -The second minus is the hotel on the mountain. It's hard to get up.

Very pleasant impressions about the hotel, we would gladly come here again. We specifically looked for a hotel close to the springs, but one that would be quiet and peaceful. In this regard, it’s almost an ideal option, and besides, we were given a room with a view of the resort, which is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is excellent. All procedures were carried out exactly at the appointed time, and we still had time for walks and excursions. I really liked it.
