Limited medical facilities. There is no mineral water supplied for bathing and, accordingly, the effect of the baths is completely different. The variety of baths is small. There is also a small selection of other procedures. The doctor does not see him on Saturday or Sunday, so we arrived on Friday and were only able to see the doctor on Monday. And the treatment, instead of 7 days, was about 3 days. If we knew this in advance, then we somehow planned the arrival day and our entire program more successfully. Also, the massage therapist Philip, at the end of the treatment, gave me a familiar slap on a soft spot... which was not very pleasant, since I perceived him as a professional. And accordingly, trust in the institution and its medical facilities has decreased...

Sometimes you may encounter a formal attitude towards your duties. In this case, all our wishes were taken into account and all possible services were provided. Thank you very much! As for the hotel itself: we chose the hotel for a long time, got acquainted with the information on different sites, watched stories, looked at other sanatoriums, compared reviews, and did not regret at all that we stayed at this hotel. My knee is not completely healthy and there were concerns about going up and down the hill three times. But, firstly, the distance really does not exceed 200 meters, and secondly, it is useful, completely different leg muscles work, and in general it is quite accessible. And the main thing is that the hotel is not located on a busy street, but seems to be hidden a little to the side: private and at the same time in the very heart of Karlovy Vary, close to the springs. The transfer was perfect. The driver met us immediately and drove us comfortably and quickly to the hotel. No delays! Upon arrival, we were received by the attentive administrator Alex, who escorted us, accommodated us and brought us a wonderful dinner, prepared in advance, since we checked in late in the evening. The hotel is small, but perfectly clean and beautiful. Dr. Marianna Slivkanich is really very attentive and competent. She did not limit the time of her appointment and delved into all the intricacies of the patient’s condition. We were satisfied with her recommendations and prescribed procedures. The staff of the physiotherapy department Victoria and Tatyana are very attentive and professional. Elder sister Victoria schedules procedures in such a way that it is convenient for couples to take them at the same time. A very favorable psychological atmosphere is created by the girls in the treatment department. It was a pleasure to receive the procedures. Thank you for your work and positivity! Kitchen: we are picky people about the quality of products, sanitary conditions, and taste. In this hotel, thanks to chef Peter, the food is at the highest level, varied and plentiful. Delicious! We can only say the kindest and warmest words about all the restaurant staff, with a special special thank you to Suzanna - she is amazing, very positive, caring. She assisted in everything: she was attentive to the guests, remembered all the requests and wishes, even called the administrator when we just mentioned the need to order a taxi. Thank you so much for everything! The housekeeping staff also works super efficiently and efficiently, without interfering at all and performing their duties perfectly at the time. The work and organization of the transfer left a very negative impression. We were supposed to be picked up at 7:30 in the morning; we stood with our things on the street for almost two hours; it was cool. I managed to get through to sanatoriums.com at 9:30, no one knows anything, write an E-mail to the transfer. Wrote an E-mail, received a short answer, we don’t know, further E-mails remained unanswered by V. Kuto Voy. As a result, we were picked up at 19:30, twelve hours late. The minibus was very old, the interior was very dirty, there were canisters and spare parts lying around underfoot, the cabin smelled very strongly of exhaust fumes. I have problems breathing, I sleep with oxygen, so we drove for 6 hours as if in a gas chamber. While on the road, the driver began to fall asleep, not driving confidently, moving the car from left to right (I myself am a professional driver with extensive experience), I had to force him to pull into the parking lot and take a break. The driver didn’t know his way around Karlovy Vary and searched for a long time. We had to turn on Google Navigator ourselves and tell us how to drive. We arrived at the Hotel at 1:30 a.m. where they were no longer waiting for us since sanatoriums.com did not warn about our delay. We also did not receive dinner in our room, since the hotel was not notified. No one even apologized for this. We went to the Karlovy Vary office, which is on the website, the address turned out to be fake; there is a multi-storey residential building, we asked the residents of this building, they doubled down and said that there were no offices in their building. We found an office in the city center for organizing tours. At first she said that they did not apply to the transfer, but she listened to me, took my phone number and said she would call the transfer and they would contact me soon, five days had already passed and no one called. The nightmare didn't end there. 9/24/22 the day of the return transfer, the minibus arrived on time as we were told and we were notified that we were first on the list to board and the extra destination was highlighted with a felt-tip pen. Suddenly calls began to be made to the driver that he should go first to Berlin and then Braunschweig and Wolfsburg, there were 5 of us elderly and disabled people in our region and one young girl from Berlin who called and wrote to the transfer that she should be taken to Berlin first. The route was made correctly Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Berlin, the next day the driver should pick up in Berlin for Karlovy Vary. I would like to express my gratitude to the driver, he refused to carry out the transfer order in favor of the elderly and disabled and went on the planned tour. The stay at the hotel exceeded expectations. The standard room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and two balconies. All staff are polite and attentive. I liked the treatment at the Spa, the doctor listened carefully and explained what can and cannot be taken. All Spa employees give 100 percent. The room was cleaned every day, always clean. Thanks to Natasha, Zhenya and all the other girls for their work. At the reception, when we arrived, Zhenya helped his husband carry his suitcases up the stairs and explained everything. Our entire vacation in Karlovy Vary was nothing but advantages, primarily thanks to the staff of Schlosspark, where each person in his place does everything possible to create a pleasant atmosphere of relaxation and treatments in the spa center. A very attentive doctor, ready to listen to all complaints and prescribe a drinking course and the necessary procedures that suit your problems. Some procedures were added at our request for an additional fee. The hotel is clean and cozy, and the beautiful view from our windows can be appreciated as a bonus to the relaxation program. And the work of the restaurant staff is also beyond praise, all the dishes that are offered according to the American buffet system not only for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner were so varied and tasty. Every day we had the opportunity to see how Mr. Michal, the young, energetic and friendly director of the Schlosspark, makes sure that everything works like a well-oiled clock, and I am glad that I was lucky enough to meet and chat with him and his dog)) Location on the heights were not a problem for us, but a replacement for cardio exercise), moreover, this made it possible every day not only to admire the beautiful panorama of the city and forest, but also to see part of the Festival of Light and Music, which took place in the Castle Tower and the Market Colonnade. In the evenings, it was a pleasure to swim in the pool and then relax on the sun loungers nearby in the salt room. As usual, thanks to the Sanatoriums team for clearly organizing the booking and offering a comfortable transfer from the airport to the hotel. By the way, I happened to see Sanatoriums employees filming a new video, so we are waiting for updated information about our favorite Schlosspark, where we want to come next year.
