We would like to thank the entire team very much. Especially with the lovely staff in the SPA area. The SPA team is highly professional. Despite the lack of staff and stress, Viktoria, Daniela and Philip were always nice and helpful. They always had a smile on their face that made you immediately feel relaxed (despite CO2 injections). In the restaurant we got everything that we ordered in advance. Everything tasted very good. The team in the restaurant is also great. You could also get all your questions answered at the reception. The room is big enough, well maintained and clean. The pool area and sauna are open daily. Our week at this hotel was very good. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that you had to go up a hill to get to the hotel. Not much, but...The first time we didn't find the path so strenuous. (But all of this is in the description when booking the hotel). Big thank you to everyone and we'll be back. We wish everyone a happy Easter and stay healthy everyone!!!!! Very unfriendly doctor who didn't want to explain anything and rushed. Very disappointing, especially when you pay for everything yourself! Some of the treatments offered on the WEB site are not offered at all. There is actually no lobby bar (a few bottles in the fridge for self-service!). It was always dark and deserted.
