Ужинать в номере вас устраивало и до пандемии эта услуга у нас была платная. Сейчас ее для спокойствия клиентов предлогам бесплатно. С горкой ничего не сможем сделать, но и пожилые клиенты к нам этих 70 метров /3 мин/ поднимаются и за это получают тишину и прекрасный вид на Карловы Вары. Своя парковка в Карловых Варах - это как выиграть в лотто, 10 евро средняя цена. По полотенцам - у нас работают новые горничные . Гостиница владеет новым комплектом полотенцев, но по какой -то причине ее горничные не пользуются. Поэтому спасибо вам за подсказку, плохих полотенцев уже нет. Уважаемая г.Шулгина, спасибо вам, что бы подняла вопрос по организации питания в нашем отеле. Предоставляю вам наш распорядок по питанию, к которому мы дошли в течении существования санатория 1. Обед и ужин выбирается с меню заранее, выбор с 3 блюд /мясо, рыба, вегетарианское/ 2. Ресторан вечером работает с 18-20 часов, по просьбе дольше. 3. Когда клиент предупредить, что уедет на экскурсию, ужин для него приготовлен и в случаи опоздании , все меню хранится в холодильнике и по приезду ужин передаем в номер. 4. Питание в отеле организовано способом - завтрак шведский стол, обед и ужин выбор с меню, так что обед и ужин рассчитан и готовится под конкретный выбор клиента. К последней строчке там не могу ничего сказать, так как я не присутствовала у разговора. Хорошего вам лета, с уважением , директор санатория
