A nice, not so big hotel, located slightly on a small hill. The view of the city from the window was simply a dream. The employees all go out of their way for the guests. The food was very tasty and a big compliment to the chef and the staff there. We felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back next year.

The description of the apartments in the video advertisement for Spa Hotel Schlosspark on sanatoriums.com does not correspond to reality. Instead of the advertised apartment with a spacious bathroom including a shower and two sinks, they offered room 605 with a jacuzzi and one sink, without a shower!!! The Jacuzzi had a flexible hose with a shower that was attached at waist level. That is, the management of the spa hotel offers two strange ways to take a shower - either kneeling in the Jacuzzi under the shower, or holding the shower over your head with one hand. When asked to change the room to the one described in the advertisement for the apartment (a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and two sinks without a Jacuzzi), the front desk replied that there were only two apartments and the one offered in the advertisement was already occupied. This discrepancy between proposal and reality is disappointing, to say the least. I would like to believe that this is not intentional, given that the apartments have the highest price in this hotel. Everything is wonderful. Great staff. The procedures are excellent. The nurse in the treatment room is Victoria. The masseurs are excellent. Excellent food For 10 days the menu has not been changed. I want to share my impressions of a trip to Karlovy Vary at the Spa Hotel Slosspark, the trip was booked with a transfer, I want to thank the sanatorium team. Som, because everything went brilliantly, everything was smooth and organized, the driver Nikolai did not let us get bored on the road and was even able to make sure that people who did not have time for dinner at the hotel received their dinner in their room upon arrival. The hotel itself is not big but clean and well-groomed and beautiful, you seem to be transported to the 18th century but with the conveniences of today. I ordered a comfort room, the room I got was large and comfortable, the staff in the restaurant and spa were very friendly and attentive, special thanks to Irochka, she creates a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant with her hard work and attention, many thanks to the cook, everything was very tasty, varied and sufficient. During my week of stay I was able to try: domestic duck, sea pike, trout, salmon, venison, rabbit, and plus the excellent, professional preparation of the master (many thanks to the chef for his work). And of course, the Spa center is all great, very attentive, caring and cheerful (which we all miss terribly these days), the procedures are all on time, everything is smooth and well organized. Food: Order food 2 days in advance. It’s a disaster and they tell you which table to sit at, like in kindergarten :) In the first 2 days they serve food ordered for you by someone unknown. The hotel has two chefs, one is a good cook and the other just cooks. Criticism is not taken into account. Good breakfast. Lots of potatoes in all dishes. Nobody peels the fruit; the choice of fruit is very poor. The beef soup was always over-salted and tasted like it was made from a soup cube. It's better not to try fish. No kefir or tea for dinner. Spa: It is not clear why one Oxy procedure is carried out in the walk-through corridor of the Spa, where everyone is running, and not in a separate room where one could relax. Sauna: no one monitors what is happening in the sauna. The rules for using the sauna are not written anywhere. Everyone sits in wet swimsuits on wooden shelves without a towel, and then jumps into the pool to cool off in sweaty synthetic swimsuits.
