Very good impressions from the hotel, treatment, and most importantly from the staff! People working in the hotel, clinic and restaurant deserve the warmest words! It was thanks to them that our stay was very comfortable and homely, pleasant, and the treatment was very effective. Special personal thanks to the receptionists Irena and Evgenia, the amazing cook and waiters Jacob, Denis and Margretta, the doctor and the entire team of the spa center for their professionalism, good nature, and responsiveness ,humor and smiles. I thank all the maids and technical staff of the hotel. Essentially* the hotel is comfortable, close to all sources, very clean and technically equipped. Restaurant with excellent cuisine and ample choice of dishes. Everything was delicious. A very good doctor professionally and an attentive, charming person. The nurses are top class. Everything is clear, on schedule, no queues. The hotel manager is very attentive, polite, and was always ready to listen and help.Negatives
The stay at the resort was overshadowed by the situation with the coronavirus, the closure of borders and the hotel. The complaints are not against the staff, but against the owners of the hotel. They refused to refund us the money for the last 4 days of stay and treatment that were not spent, but they billed us for those additional procedures that I initially ordered, but never received in full.

Вами не использованные доп. процедуры вам были со счета вычеркнуты, могу вам прислать счет. По проживанию в отеле - так как эта ситуация не описается в никаком контракте, мы поступали по стандартным штрафным санкциям. Наш отель был открыт до 19.3.20 . У вас было проживание оплачено до 18.3.20. , т.е. 100% сторно - 3 ночи. Прошу прощение, но нам было надо создать правило для всех клиентов. Например клиенты , которые улетали позже 19.3.20, так как перестали летать самолеты, были за наш счет концентрированы в одном конкретном санатории в КВ - тоже кажется несправедливо. Мы очень рады что вы в порядке и надеемся, что к нам опять приедете. Как компенсацию вам предоставим скидку на доп.лечебные процедуры в размере ваших потерянных средств связанных с ранним выездом. Everything was wonderful, but I really didn’t like that when booking a sauna, the pool was closed, when booking a hotel I chose one with a pool, and you’ll agree that the hotel is more expensive with a pool, it turns out I paid for the pool and I couldn’t swim when it was convenient for me. The food was delicious, but in the last days of our stay, when the hotel was supposed to be closed for reconstruction, everything in the kitchen was already carelessly prepared, croissants and fruits in the morning were not the freshest, etc. It was as if we had eaten everything in the morning since the evening. Добрый день, г.Пеньковский. К сожалению наша врач, из/за которой вы приехали, в ваш приезд заболела гриппом. Бывает. Всем нашим клиентам рекомендуем ходить за водичкой до начала процедур. Потому что успеть 4 процедуры до обеда , попить воду и позавтракать , это не возможно успеть. Следующий приезд пожалуйста скажите медсестре по планировке процедур, когда хотите перерыв. На ужин у нас суп, закуска, выбор с 3 главных блюд, десерт, салаты. Так у нас устроено, и к сожалению не планируем это менять. Когда у клиента пожелание, что то заменить, всегда идем ему на встречу. Ремонт дороги организует городская администрация и конечно нам усложняет эксплуатацию отеля, но клиентам неудобно только чуть-чуть и после зимы будет все отремонтировано и красиво. За 6 дней вашего проживания вы получала 4-5 процедур в день, каждый день посещала врача, даже если вам было положено только включительная и заключительная консультация у врача. Вся необходимая информация по процедурам в отношении к вашему состоянии здоровья, вам была предоставлена максимальная информация, прям в кабинете врача и у медсестры. Если у клиента пожелание отличается от того, что мы предлагаем, всегда стараемся блюдо или гарнир заменить. Клиент, который не договорился с нашим врачем, что хочет более диетическое питание, получает питание полное калории, овощей и нужных жиров. Но в процессе прибывания все это можно изменить.
