The only water treatments are baths. The procedures are prescribed without taking into account that you need to leave time for the morning intake of water from the source, so the schedule was redone twice. There are no facilities for carrying luggage to the elevator; you have to drag your suitcase up the stairs manually.

I had a room in the attic, so low ceilings and a small window. It is especially inconvenient in the bathroom with such low ceilings. My wife and I rested and received treatment in this sanatorium at the end of June for 2 weeks. It is with great pleasure that we note the excellent quality of the treatment provided and the 3 meals a day (in the morning - buffet, lunch and dinner - order from the menu). The medical and service staff are top notch! The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. Change of linen, including bathrobes, once every three days. The beds are wide and very comfortable. The room has three windows overlooking the street and the fabulous city of Karlovy Vary (you can talk a lot about the resort city itself, but all its stunning beauty and unique grace cannot be conveyed in words alone - you have to see it with your own eyes and breathe in its atmosphere with your lungs! !!). Wi-Fi worked quite quickly and efficiently. For travelers by car, there is a small parking lot next to the hotel for 5 or 6 cars at a cost of 8 euros/day, but the space must be reserved in advance. From the bottom of our hearts and sincerely we thank all the staff of the sanatorium for their sensitive, attentive and friendly attitude towards us!!! We certainly recommend this sanatorium to everyone who wants to have a good and quality rest at a relatively low price, as well as improve their health. The Spa Hotel Schlosspark has all the conditions for this! If possible, we will again try to get into this particular sanatorium, but only now for a full three weeks (two weeks, believe me, is still not enough!).Negatives
We cannot point out any particular negativity, since there is practically none, but to replace the rather old, shabby and lumpy pillows in the rooms with new and higher quality ones - we strongly recommend that the managers of the sanatorium do this without delaying the solution to this problem.
