I liked the food - I had enough of everything. The colonnade is nearby. If there is negativity associated with the doctor, then the medical staff is excellent. Thank you for the excellent massage (finally, in the sanatorium they didn’t stroke me, but gave me a real massage). If requested, the procedures were rescheduled for another day. The doctor was not at all impressed. In essence, the whole procedure boils down to the question “what are you complaining about” and silently filling out the program of procedures. I asked to exclude dirt (there were tumors, I didn’t want to risk it), but they brushed me off and there was dirt in the prescriptions. Well, a small thing, but... Lack of a kettle in the room - there was a need to drink herbs prescribed by the doctor at home, it was possible only in the morning (boiling water was only available for breakfast)

1. lack of lunch. in the first days of our stay, due to problems with the staff in the kitchen, the lunches were not of high quality and we had to refuse them. Subsequently, everything got better and even in the breakfasts there were significant changes for the better. 2. one of the procedures was a massage, due to a lack of professionalism or unwillingness to work, the masseuses granted our request and replaced the massage with another procedure.

Special thanks to him! The choice of dishes is varied and sufficient to enjoy “junk food” :) and not gain weight in 2 weeks. My vacation also turned out to be musical! There are many concerts in neighboring hotels and in the Casino; evenings can be spent with great pleasure at concerts in the Casino or in neighboring hotels. It would be nice to have 2 types of blankets in the room - this is for those who like to sleep under a light blanket rather than under a very warm blanket. In the early morning, the noise of the city through a slightly open window can wake you up if your room faces the street. Those who dream of mineral baths can book them in neighboring hotels.

The doctor did not go into much detail about my health problems, and I think that the appointment was purely formal. No luck with the number either. Its windows overlooked the courtyard, right on the parking lot and the service entrance of the kitchen, where the restaurant workers went out to smoke and the smell of tobacco came straight into our window, the room was very dark and we had to turn on the lights often (room 206). It is necessary to inquire at least once about your well-being, situations are different, I know this from my own experience. 2. Restaurant. The food is wonderful, the service is great too, but I have a small wish: I would like to know what kind of dishes the restaurant offers. At dinner, where the cook gives out the hot dishes, you can ask, but as for the buffet, you have to guess. And this is not always successful. 3. When booking, I sent the hotel a request to provide a room with a street view. They answered positively. But upon arrival it turned out that the room was in the courtyard. Judging by the correction of the room number on the electronic key envelope, a different number was originally intended. For me, there are two disadvantages to this: unjustified expectations and a hum that comes from the street through the window from five to six in the morning, the origin of which is unclear (there are some outbuildings in the yard) 4. This is not negative for me, but information for those who I don't like this. In two weeks, the bed linen was changed once, after a week of stay. I don’t consider this a negative, since we don’t work in mines, we take showers and pools every day. But everyone is free to choose what suits them best.

Good hotel, excellent location and decent conditions. I was pleased with the large bed, although in the photo of the single room it was small. Excellent breakfasts and good dinners, I didn’t take lunch :) All procedures are strictly according to the schedule, but the staff is willing to meet you if possible) the springs are a 5-10 minute walk away. I liked everything, next time I will most likely stay here :)

A doctor's appointment for 2 people takes 5 minutes, I want more attention. After all, we come for treatment once a year and must be sure that we receive exactly the procedures that we need. The room has carpeting that has not been vacuumed. It was dusty. At dinner, waiters do not approach you with an offer to order drinks; you need to catch the waiters yourself.

The pool is located in another hotel, but we got used to it quickly and everyone can use transport from the hotel to the pool and back (free of charge). In the room, the carpet was vacuumed without much effort; if you had asthma, then you would have to strain the maid.
