The soup and the second course were too salty for me. Are these features of Czech cuisine or the result of the quality of the products included in the ingredients of these dishes? You come for treatment, but food does not help this process. I was in the Westend Hotel in 2015, where everything was excellent with the kitchen.

The restaurant premises are a bit cramped, the restaurant staff are not very friendly. The separate fee for the safe is puzzling. The lack of a minibar is inconvenient.

One room is crowded, and the other is half empty But since the table is reserved in one and the place is occupied by others, they are not allowed into the other room, although there are enough empty seats there.

We vacationed for the first time, we will definitely repeat. Everything is wonderful, especially when compared with our resorts. The feeling of being in a fairy tale, where everyone wants to please. The resort itself is so beautiful and comfortable that it’s even difficult to dream “what else would you like?” you can attend musical evenings with classical, spiritual and jazz programs. Performances and programs are held at the springs, during our vacation there was a jazz festival. We will book our next trip again through your website. Very large portions and despite the non-diet food, no heartburn thanks to the water.

1) location of elevators between floors, i.e. with suitcases back and forth up the stairs 2) a strange menu in a restaurant in Russian, which does not correspond to our idea of this dish, i.e. It's almost always a surprise - what do you get in the end!!! They often changed the side dish from what was stated on the menu and even the dish itself if you arrived late in their opinion!!!

There is E. coli in the hotel. This is vaguely announced by a small notice on the notice board. And the guests whispered about it. I picked her up. Saturday - no doctors and pharmacies closed. I found a pharmacy on the other side of town. My stomach still hurts.

There was a stomach flu epidemic at the hotel. My child and I were very sick for three days. The whole hotel took turns getting sick. It was scary and upsetting. There should have been 28 procedures. They set 26 and we didn’t have time to do everything due to illness. At the reception they pretend that they don’t understand Russian, but we are literate and can speak German. The windows from the room looked out onto a construction site with dust and noise.

The lunch bag that we were given at the hotel for the trip contained canned meat, after eating which I ended up in a hospital in Berlin with poisoning. Both my husband and the acquaintances with whom we were traveling back received poisoning in a milder form.
