The hotel is worth its price. I agree that the doctor is pure prophonation (he doesn’t even really advise how to drink the water) the cross spring is very strong, many people think that they have been poisoned, and this is a reaction to this water. I recommend that you read about the sources yourself before your trip and then there will be no problems. Many thanks to the head nurse and her entire team, they work VERY WELL and, among other things, are very responsive and attentive. The room is always clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but I would like there to be less salt and pepper (who needs more salt and pepper, all the spices are on the table). Thanks to the administration, they contacted a relative so that the rooms were nearby and our request was fulfilled.

The food is terrible. It seems that everything is prepared from frozen expired products. All that remains is sent to soups, which is all that is not in these soups at the same time, these are pickles, mushrooms, peas, corn - such a mess! Almost everyone complained of vomiting and stomach pain. After 2 days of fasting, we stopped eating. I had to buy medicine to relieve stomach cramps. With a scandal, we were refunded 50% for food.

We love this quiet resort town in the Czech Republic; this is not the first time we have vacationed there. We are staying at Flora for the second time; we chose the sanatorium based on the low price and knowing, from past experience, the good quality of service.Negatives
I liked it less this year. Not to say it was bad, but the food was worse, a lot of very sour food. It seemed that vinegar was not added only to sweet dishes. Maybe some people like it, we don't. In addition, many vacationers at the sanatorium were sick, we were also unlucky, we caught ARVI. The staff is attentive, there are no complaints, but we don’t know whether we’ll go to Flora next time.

Hotel "Flora" is an ideal option for retirees with sore legs, because there are springs and a park for leisurely walks nearby. I had a very cozy room 511 with good furniture, plasma TV and a balcony. It’s very good that you can regulate the temperature; at night I completely turned off the heating. The linen is spotless, daily cleaning - thanks to Mrs. Gita. I received 30 procedures in two weeks and swam in the pool every day. I highly recommend that everyone also visit the city swimming pool with a huge bowl, jacuzzi, sauna and slides for only 70 CZK. I drank water from the Lesnoy spring at the Pacific Hotel. 14 months ago I already drank this water. Then, before the trip, I did a stomach probing - they discovered erosive gastritis, and soon after returning I did an FGDS again - the erosion disappeared. I received three meals a day at the Rose restaurant - I liked everything. In the morning there is a varied buffet. At lunch and dinner you can choose from meat, chicken, fish, including river /trout, carp/. I recommend rice pudding with fruit /casserole with apricots, butter and powdered sugar/. But I advise people with gastritis and cholecystitis to be careful: salads and cut vegetables are very spicy, with vinegar. The weather was beautiful: bright sun in a blue sky, calm, which was conducive to walks and a good mood. It was only cloudy for three days, but without precipitation, but in the morning there was such beauty - frost-covered spruce trees sparkling in the sun. During the day it was -2-4 degrees, and in the morning it reached -6. I am satisfied with my vacation, thanks to all the hotel staff.Negatives

Excellent location - 3 minutes to the springs, 5 minutes to the center, park under the windows. Pharmacy nearby. The pool is open daily. The food is excellent - natural products and the cook is wonderful. Clean everywhere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Treatment procedures are of high quality and performed professionally. There are no queues anywhere. Two elevators. The overall impression is comfort and pleasure, everything is so well organized. A huge plus for the site sanatoriums.com, through which we ordered accommodation, meals, treatment and airport-hotel transfers. Everything is great!Negatives
