I would like more dairy and dietary dishes. There is often a lot of salt, especially in fish, fried salted cod, cabbage salads with pasta are very strange, one apple or one tangerine a day, the only tasty baked goods are strudel, and the biscuits are dry.

The food is designed for healthy people, the food is fatty, fried, there is a very small selection and quantity of fruit. Compared to the hotel English Dvor Karlovy Vary, this is a big minus. This does not apply to the work of the staff, only to the menu. It will be difficult for chronically ill people to organize in this hotel adequate nutrition for yourself

Good day, This is my first review, so if something is wrong, don’t blame me :) This is my first time in a sanatorium in the Czech Republic, but I have seen other sanatoriums in the Czech Republic and am familiar with my impressions of them. Speaking in detail, from 12/23-12/30/17 a family of three, an 11-year-old child and a cat were on vacation 😊. The room is comfortable and warm, everything you need is present, cleaning every day, meals were taken 3 times a day, everything was delicious (you could take breakfast and dinner), location from the sources, 5 minutes walk, parked in the city guarded garage 5 € per day, in A 10-minute walk from the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful, the treatment is good. To sum it up: those without special high demands can relax and enjoy a good Czech resort.

There are no salads at lunch; they only served them once during the week, and that was at our request. Problem with transferring procedures. The procedures were prescribed for the child starting at 7 am, and for the adults later. When I asked to reschedule at least from 8 am, the nurse didn’t like it and they charged me money for the change. I think when prescribing, one should take into account age, because we are going not only for treatment, but also for vacation.

I was treated at the hotel for the third time and this already speaks of the quality of my stay and treatment. The staff here is excellent. Knowledge of Russian is sufficient for your stay. Treatment: The main focus of the resort is the treatment of kidney and joint diseases, which is performed here 100%. And I and my kidneys have been to many resorts. Close to springs and very strong water are essential for kidney treatment. The presence of gas injections and bags, parafango, massage, physiotherapy, and a swimming pool treat joints. And I supplemented the lack of mud and mineral baths in specialized hotels (combined with the price of staying in Flora, it was not expensive), and going there once a day. Rooms: cozy, warm (you regulate the temperature yourself), clean rooms (hand gel and shampoo-shower gel are provided, no shower caps or kettle - please note upon arrival). The main contingent is Germans, most of them Russian speakers. The New Year was celebrated very pleasantly, tasty and organized - almost all night, but no one disturbed sleep. Food: The food was very tasty, I had three meals a day. Breakfast with quality products: cheese, sausage, ham, pastries, TEA, juice, coffee from the machine, excellent yoghurts, hot sausages, porridge, eggs.... Lunch and dinner: soup, a second choice from the menu, fruit, and drinks for money. Note - very high-quality sulfate baths for the treatment of ligaments at the Butterfly Hotel (tested on me and my grandson after a knee injury), and after the baths, very tasty coffee or ginger tea with a delicious tender strudel or cake in the cafe next to it - on the way to Flora). Enjoy your treatment in Flora!!

Great location. 2 minutes to the colonnade. Treatment is standard, as in all ML hotels. The rooms are cleaned to a minimum. WI-FI throughout the hotel is average.Negatives
I didn't like the food. Breakfast buffet standard. At lunch and dinner there is a custom menu. During the 17 days of our stay, the three of us managed to finish the first meal 2 or 3 times. The second courses were more edible. But if anyone needs a diet, then this is a little problematic, given the national Czech cuisine.

All liked it. The quality of treatment could not be assessed, since there were only 9 days, 4 of which fell on weekends. The number of procedures was clearly not enough. The staff is friendly. Most speak Russian. Price-quality is at the level. The kitchen is quite decent - the food was very tasty. We are planning to come again in April.

We booked on September 17, arrived and there were no places. The hotel said that they had sent a cancellation of the reservation. They didn’t write to me, so we calmly arrived at the hotel. We were accommodated nearby in the Maxim Hotel for one night. At 11 o'clock we were asked to vacate our room and were checked into Flora at 14 o'clock. They took our things somewhere. Thank you, at least they checked us in, otherwise there was no room. The hotel did a good job, but the Sanatorium, not so much.
