What could be better than a holiday in a sanatorium? I will recommend to relatives and friends the FLORA spa hotel in the Czech Republic, Marianske Lazne - perfectly located in the center, next to the springs, beautiful building, clean and comfortable, excellent treatment facilities, swimming pool, good restaurant and bar. Professionalism, friendliness and ability of the staff to speak German, English, Russian. The cuisine is beyond praise, the dishes are varied, for every taste, when communicating with vacationers from other hotels, the cuisine is better than in 4 and 5 star hotels. The rooms were cleaned well and every day. The medical staff is responsive, friendly, and professional.Negatives
Can this be attributed to the negative - the shower in the room was a little cramped for my husband, but cramped, but no offense.

Everything, as always, is at the highest level! We were in Karlovy Vary in a 5-star hotel, but it is 100 times worse than the Flora Hotel. We thank all the hotel staff! As well as the site support service. You are all great! You make people a little happier. thank you very much

This is our fifth time in the Czech Republic. Previously we went to our favorite K.Vary, but this time we decided to see a new city. No regrets!! Marianske Lazne is magnificent. We were there for a week 01/01/23-01/07/23. We were a little afraid to stay in a 3-star hotel, but still chose “Flora” because of the location, it couldn’t be more central. The food is very tasty. The waitresses don't know how to work at all. But the uncle cook (the plump one), is an example of hospitality! The rooms are 3 stars, but everywhere is clean, there are no foreign odors. Warm. The receptionist is a professional job, bravo. We rented bathrobes separately, but they cost pennies. By procedures; The massage is very good, thank you very much! I also really liked the baths and underwater massage, as did the worker, very friendly. Electro-procedures, very short in time. Separately, it is worth mentioning the “doctor”, he is more like a postman)) who issues letters. Advice; decide for yourself the procedures you need, and just tell him, he will write. We never expect miracles from sanatorium doctors, but here it’s just...... In general, we liked everything. Anyone, like us, who is cutting their vacation budget this year, can safely stay at Flora.

We are lucky with our choice - this Hotel Flora is clean, has been renovated well and beautifully. The staff is very nice, almost everyone can speak German. Therapists very competent and nice. Would be happy to come back to this hotel.

Mariánské Lázně is a beautiful place, very well maintained, climate, very good springs, good spa treatments in the hotels. Beautiful spa park. Everything invites you to come back. We have been coming back for about 20 years, but we regret that this year we combined our vacation with spa treatments for the first time. We are looking forward to next year.Negatives
The Prague trip included in the treatment only took place with the participation of 6 Germans. All information during the trip was only in Russian. The subsequent city tour with a German group took place very late, so that the city tour was far too short and not 2.5 hours as advertised.
