Inaccessible for disabled people with a rollator and baby strollers - you always have to walk up the steps and there are no paths for rollators. You get off the elevator and you have to go up or down another 9-11 steps to get to the corridor. The bathrooms are very narrow.

The doctor’s initial appointment time is 5 minutes. His main task is to prescribe procedures, but he simply doesn’t have time to listen to the patient and delve into his problems. Therefore, everyone’s prescriptions are almost the same. I came across the fact that the doctor forgot to prescribe water intake for people who for the first time in Marianske Lazne and did not know about the springs. At the reception, I asked this question myself, then I realized that I first needed to find out about the procedures in the sanatorium, the springs, otherwise in a hurry the doctor evaluates the patient by appearance, and not by his real condition. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. The elevators are located between floors and you have to go up or down to the floor, which is very difficult for people with mobility impairments. The hotel is located at a bend in the road and the morning begins at half past five, and sometimes earlier, when the car picks up containers with garbage or unloading food into a restaurant, or cars driving by and honking. I didn’t like the dinner. Most often it’s a side dish covered in a huge amount of sauce or huge pieces of dumplings with small pieces of meat. 90% of the clients of this sanatorium are elderly and it was strange that they needed it during dinner, pay for a glass of water to wash down your pills. Moreover, they asked to remove the water you brought with you. On weekdays, the pool is open until six o’clock in the evening, so don’t expect to swim after dinner. On Sunday it is open from 8 to 12 am, despite the fact that that there are no procedures and there are no staff in the pool. It is designed for two sanatoriums, it is very small and if there are 6-8 people at the same time, it is no longer possible to swim. The cleanliness of the pool also leaves room for improvement.

Gas injections are only 6 pcs per procedure, I believe that this is not enough. Gas bag - they are covered in a bag only up to the waist, the rest of the body is outside the bag. In the Pavlov sanatorium (Karlovy Vary) they are rolled up in a bag up to the neck. The breaks between procedures are sometimes 10 minutes. This is not normal.. Those who come to sanatoriums not for the first time do not need to see a doctor at all. Vacationers themselves know what they need and how much. Give people the right to choose procedures based on their cost. A doctor's appointment costs about a thousand crowns and lasts 3-5 minutes. This is profanation!!! About nutrition: dishes are often over-salted and peppered beyond measure. At lunch and dinner they don’t even allow you to drink water, you just have to buy it. THE DIETS ARE EXTREMELY LACK OF FRUIT!!! The owner's greed is amazing! It would be nice to show him reviews from vacationers! There is no decanter, kettle, boiler, or refrigerator in the room. A safe for money. What is this if not the greed of the owner! I have something to compare with: we stayed at Pavlov, also three stars. However, all the negative things listed are not there. But upon check-in, we received a room with one large bed. I had to humbly ask and then thank you for what was agreed upon when ordering... We were placed in a room with separate beds....
