From the moment I arrived at Prague airport I was satisfied. I met the transfer with a very polite driver Milan. At the reception I was also met by a very polite girl, Magdalena. The room was very cozy, cleaned daily, towels changed every three days, the bed was snow-white. The staff of the medical building always greeted me warmly with a smile, I really liked the classic massage. It is preferable to have a buffet not only for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, more vegetable salads, preferably without pasta, as well as fruits. It is advisable that drinks for lunch and dinner are also included in the price of the tour (tea, juice, coffee)

Everything is fine if you tune in to the positive and don’t look (!!!) for the negative. The resort is unique for its springs: there are several of them, different in composition, but geographically located nearby. That's great rarity. City - ....I want to LIVE there!!! There are more parks for walking than I’ve ever seen... It’s impossible to describe briefly, everyone should definitely visit! I was in Karlovy Vary and Podebrady (from Czech resorts), now I understand Marianske Lazne - this is MINE. Hotel Flora is cozy, kind.... It fully justifies its ***. Very good location. Not a bad medical facility (but, but, but!!!) The staff tries, but the equipment periodically breaks down. But the main treatment is air, drinking water! There's nothing wrong with that. Food - we weren't hungry, a little spicy, but tasty and varied. Cleaning, changing linen and towels - everything was good. We'll be back again! Thanks to the staff!Negatives
On the downside, we were unlucky with the weather, but we were prepared for it, we stocked up on appropriate shoes and took umbrella jackets... But that’s something else... And IT didn’t ruin our vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the springs, which is convenient for me with bad knees. The hotel, in my personal impression, is quite modest, for budget travelers I would say. but by the way, the room, as for three stars, is even quite decent; I compare it with our Ukrainian sanatoriums and the difference is significant. I can’t say that the food is exquisite, it’s of an average level, you won’t go hungry, that’s for sure. The treatment facility is small, but it allows you to undergo basic procedures for general wellness, so to speak.

Good afternoon. Convenient location - the center of the resort. The Colonnade with the Singing Fountain and healing springs is 6-7 minutes on foot. Spacious, clean and bright rooms with simple furniture. The hotel has a small swimming pool. Fresh breakfasts, lunches and dinners a la carte, varied dishes. The staff is polite, smiling and friendly, some speak our native Russian quite well. The treatment is good and the doctor is attentive and friendly, as is the rest of the hospital staff.

There are only positive emotions from staying at the hotel-sanatorium. The room is beautiful. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily, bed linen is every 5 days, the food is varied, filling and tasty. You order the next day from the proposed menu. Just look at the menu carefully and imagine what suits you and what you want, and what doesn’t. The room is clean, cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable, towels are changed every other day, and if necessary, every day, bed linen was changed 5 days after arrival. The procedures are timed and there are no queues. Before choosing this hotel, we read all the reviews, and then walked around and wondered where we could find any negative things here. 1 Having extensive travel experience, we noticed the mediocre organization of seating at the tables of newly arrived guests in the hotel restaurant. Frequent relocations and disputes over space were observed, because sometimes an already occupied place was offered to another guest the next day. 2 Excursions to the hotel reception were offered only from one travel agency, and not with a cheap price list, although there are quite a few other travel agencies in the city with better offers.

Attentive, friendly, hospitable, professional staff of the Flora Hotel, both administrative, medical, and maintenance. The hotel is modest (3***, room without refrigerator or minibar), but cozy and clean. No problems with hot and cold water. Located a few tens of meters from the main source and colonnade in a quiet place. There is a trolleybus stop nearby. The Marianske Lazne resort is located at an altitude of about 700 meters from sea level. The streets are clean, without dust. It's easy to breathe. Spacious parks and the surrounding forested slopes of low mountains with walking paths are pleasing to the eye. Local travel agencies offer numerous tourist trips in the Czech Republic and other countries.

I would like to advise the restaurant employees to be more careful with the placement of guests on tables. On my birthday, March 24, I really wanted to accept some small compliment from the hotel, but instead I found myself in an unpleasant situation: I came for dinner, and the one assigned to me Another tourist was seated there and I just had to leave dinner. This really ruined my mood. Of course, I had dinner, but it was much later than I needed and without a festive mood. If employees take on accommodation, then I would not want to encounter such situations in the future. When making a reservation, I would like to be able to obtain information on the procedures included in the trip.

Thank you very much for this (I forgot the name of the girl with whom I corresponded. I just returned home today, I was visiting my sister, the time difference is 8 hours). It was always possible to get an answer to any question; the smile and kind attitude never left the faces of the treatment nurses. The doctor did not just prescribe procedures with words, but after listening carefully, he identified and examined pain points that should be treated. The nurse measured the pressure when prescribing the procedures (this is not my first time in Marianske Lazne and I have something to compare with). Excellent cuisine and staff at the Rose restaurant! The dinners are very tasty, you can feel that the chef is a professional in his field!! The massage was very good (not “stroking”, as our friend who was staying at another hotel said about the massage). In general, we were very pleased with the rest and treatment. Thank you very much. In the “gas bag” procedure in Karpov Vary, a bag up to the neck has been used for a long time, but here only up to the waist is half the procedure. During the massage, the masseuse allowed herself to talk on the phone and write SMS, ending the massage 3-5 minutes ahead of time. In the “Rosa” restaurant, they either completely forgot to put honey on the buffet, or they forgot to turn on the heating of the dishes, instead of a pork chop they served fried sausage twice, the waiter (a plump man) is very sloppy. Very salty food. There are no comrades for taste and color, so the saying goes, but the first courses are complete crap. And so the restaurant is a shame for the hotel. Request: The mattresses on the beds in the rooms need to be changed. It's my personal opinion.

I didn’t really like the attitude of the restaurant workers, sometimes they are boorish and rude; you wait a very long time for food, even when you have a pre-order. Although all the dishes were prepared very tasty and the portions were very large, the only thing was that there were very few fish dishes on the menu; during the almost 3 weeks of our stay, there was fish for dinner only 3-4 times.
