When it comes to eating there is not enough choice of salads and fruit, even though it is summer. Drinks were missing at dinner, at least water for guests was desired in the menu.

In general, the hotel corresponds to the 3* category. Our room was on the 4th floor, spacious with a wonderful view of the city. The procedures were standard, I really liked the massage procedure on the water bed, it was very relaxing. I really liked the work of massage therapists Roman and Slavka. Special thanks to the representative of the Sanatorium Alexey, who drove us from the hotel to the airport. He not only warned that baggage check-in was at terminal T2, and departure was at terminal T1, but he also escorted us and helped carry our luggage.Negatives
Yes, the food at the hotel leaves much to be desired, especially for people with gastrointestinal problems. But no one will remain hungry; there will simply be very little choice.

It was our first stay in a spa and we really enjoyed it. The hotel has a special charm, it is not ostentatious, but the rooms are very clean and qualitatively restored. The central location near the colonnades and the funny pavilion also enabled quick contact with other spa guests, so that there were always interesting conversations. Great breakfast and dinner, everything fresh and well selected. I found it very good to just eat soup or salad for lunch. The kitchen staff was always in a good mood and sometimes you could hear singing from the kitchen ;)Negatives
It's a shame that there is no café or lounge in the hotel where you can read a book or the newspaper with a cup of coffee. I also missed a fitness room to do sports, which I don't get to do at home. The nearby geological park was a good compensation for this.

Very poor food, as was written in the reviews, the cook does not know how to cook at all, all dishes are salted or peppered. If you can choose something else for breakfast, then lunch and dinner are on the menu and there is nothing to choose from. Potatoes and rice. Chicken and pork. None of this is tasty. The hotel management needs to change the chef, he knows very well how to spoil food. The continent of the hotel is made up of elderly people who once lived in the USSR and now in Germany. Many of them are given vouchers by the trade union, and they stupidly remain silent and eat what they give. When we began to ask that they not give us enough salt (my husband is after a kidney transplant), then they supported me and came up to me to thank me. Now regarding the treatment procedures: the staff never smiles, they do the procedures quickly and only as long as possible. Especially the Nurse who made the gas bags, she shouted at everyone, commanded, as if I had come home to her for free. This is the seventh time my husband and I have been to Marianske Lazne, but this is the first time we have seen such attitude and food. Hotel Flora can only be considered for travel for a few days and without meals. There are many cafes nearby and you can go to a neighboring hotel for 10 euros for a buffet.

We stayed at the Hotel Flora from January 6th to January 19th, 2020. For a 3 star hotel it is very good. The staff was friendly. The hotel is clean despite the renovation. THE food wasn't bad but the selection could have been a bit more. And at least one non-alcoholic drink included with the meal was an advantage. But otherwise you couldn't complain.

I would also like to add that there was smoking in the room next to us (even though there was a smoking ban in the entire hotel) and was basically ignored by the receptionist. - some unfriendly employees - no individual treatment and advice tailored to one's own "problems", but rather "mass processing" - interesting treatments cost extra, which we were not aware of beforehand (e.g. manual lymphatic drainage) - initially the doctor said that There is always heat therapy before the massage (only 2 massages per week are required), which wasn't always true - the meaning behind some treatments wasn't even explained to you. You just had to "accept" it - quote from the doctor "We are not a sanatorium here" - the rooms seemed old - I wouldn't go there again!!
