The hotel's excellent location: on the one hand, next to the Colonnade, on the other hand, an absolutely secluded place, far from the road with beautiful views from any room. Despite the small, even intimate hotel, it is an excellent (without exaggeration) medical facility with all the procedures possible in Marianske Lazne and the friendliest staff in the medical section that I have ever met at this resort. Our room was ordinary, quite laconic, without frills, but everything we needed was there. In general, the concept of the hotel is very thoughtfully aimed at ensuring that the visitor feels comfortable everywhere, but without any special claims to frills. Very comfortable beds (mattresses, pillows, cloud blankets). The food is quite good, very varied, the two shifts of cooks differed in the menu and quality of cooking, but both tried very hard.Negatives
There is no negativity at all. The only thing is that the waiters are unfriendly, very noisy and unfriendly, it seems to me that they should be less noticeable in the restaurant and behave more calmly.

There is a positive effect. The room was spacious and quite cozy. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close location to springs, a park and direct access to the forest. There is a trolleybus stop not far from the hotel. For people with mobility difficulties, it is necessary to take into account a fairly sharp uphill climb. For everyone else - useful. My wishes would include the following - I would like a magnifying mirror in the shower room. Usually 4 stars have it. About the food - the chefs cook well, but for me to feel like a holiday the buffet dinner was not enough. Still, ordering in the morning according to the proposed menu is a pig in a poke. This is an important circumstance for me. I had to constantly buy something for the evening. I personally would prefer to pay a higher bill for the stay, but have choice and variety. People who were staying at the hotel at the same time as me were of the same opinion.Negatives

The hotel doesn't offer trips out and have no information about them but there are plenty of places that offer tours on the main street. If you dont get in early for your meal times, you might miss out of the food options. Initially, the buffet was not topped up. this was sorted towards the end of the stay.
