We were very pleased with our holiday - from the first to the last moment. We arrived at 13:00 and we were immediately checked into prepared rooms (one for my sons, another for me and my husband). Comfortable beds, good linen, spacious bathroom, cleanliness, daily cleaning. The only thing is that we like thicker pillows, but this is a matter of taste. Meals included breakfast and dinner. We are happy with both)) Delicious! A couple of times at dinner it seemed a bit salty, but it didn’t spoil the overall impression. Plus the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant and kind waiters. Unfortunately, we all have health problems and the medical department was important when choosing a sanatorium. It is small, but with exactly the procedures that were needed. An effective meeting with the doctor, pleasant communication with the medical staff, and an individual approach to everyone gave me a great mood and benefit from the treatment. This is not the first time we have come to the resort and have lived in other sanatoriums in Marianske Lazne - this is where procedures are done as they should be: without rush and the feeling of a “conveyor belt”. I would especially like to note the location of the sanatorium. On one side there is forest and silence, on the other there is the Colonade, Main Street. And a little uphill climb is definitely beneficial! In the dam near the sanatorium, the eldest son caught trout and cooked it for dinner, the whole family was happy. Then every day we went to see how the fish, from adults to very small ones, were walking around waiting for a new fisherman)). And, of course, daily walks - because the trails begin immediately after leaving the hotel. We gladly took advantage of the opportunity to visit the city swimming pool twice a week for 2 hours. We went to the reception, they signed us up, and the next day at 2 p.m. a taxi was called and in 5 minutes we were taken to the pool, where we swam, sat in the Jacuzzi, rode the water slide, and sat in the sauna. We had a great time! After 2 hours we went back by taxi. There are no additional charges - both a taxi and a swimming pool are included in the price. On the day of departure, we left our luggage at the reception until 18:00 and said goodbye warmly, as if we were saying goodbye to loved ones. On behalf of all of us, I would like to once again thank all the staff of the sanatorium who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable - THANK YOU SO MUCH! We already want to see you again!

I stayed at the hotel for a week's holiday without treatment. I've been to Forest twice in the past. The hotel still has a pleasant, calm and friendly atmosphere. This time I appreciated the fact that the hotel has its own territory with a stream flowing through it. On hot days it was very comfortable to relax on a bench in the shade by a small pond. Excellent breakfasts, dinner during your stay - according to a custom menu. The new chefs cook very tasty food, the portions are large, and the dishes are presented beautifully. Unfortunately, the alarm clock never woke me up, and there was always noise from the maids immediately after 6 a.m., my room was located opposite the elevator and the linen warehouse, so I didn’t have to get enough sleep in the morning.

The hotel is new (built in 2015) and very clean. The location is very quiet, a few steps to the spa gardens, only 2 minutes to the colonade and right next to a forest. Parking is free for hotel guests. Check-in at the reception was problem-free - thanks to Ms. Lenka. The food is mostly tasty, everything is there as expected. Many thanks to Ms. Irina, Mr. Michal and Mr. Simon. The balneo area is in-house. It couldn't be any closer :) The staff is very friendly - thanks to Pawla, Maria and Susanne. We were truly pampered during our stay. The applications were effective and carried out in a timely and friendly manner. Our apartment (304) was on the 3rd floor, was large, bright, clean, with a spacious bathroom, balcony and comfortable bed. We will be back definitely.Negatives

Staying at resorts in the Czech Republic for the seventh time allows me to conclude that the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. A visit to the doctor is a sheer profanity, even if you have medical tests and diagnoses on your hands, he is not interested in it. Meals: dinner from 18:00, if you arrive at 18:30 the main course is already over! In my opinion, the dinners are more than modest. I rested and was treated from 31.03 to 14.04. I was very pleased with everything. The room is large, comfortable. The staff is very friendly, friendly. BALNEO is very comfortable. I rested at the Forest Hotel from March 11th to 25th. Two weeks flew by! So much warmth and care from the hotel staff. It is very convenient that you don’t have to go far for treatment, all procedures are in one place. Excellent cuisine, everything is very tasty, delicious desserts. comfortable room, very good beds, quiet and peaceful, overall hotel very well maintained and located right on the edge of the forest, convenient if you want to go for a walk! the lady at the front desk was very helpful, she even arranged a car rental for us! the food in the restaurant was plentiful and very tasty! I wrote out the procedures from the client’s words (on the one hand, this is not bad, but on the other: I didn’t measure the pressure, didn’t examine it - maybe something would be contraindicated). And there was not enough common space where one could gather, communicate, and maybe play some games. If you didn’t go out alone in the evening, you had to be bored in your room. There were no further shortcomings or comments. In general, the holiday left a very good impression, thank you.

The food needs improvement, although the chefs tried very hard. During the initial examination, the doctor should at least measure blood pressure, not to mention the mandatory objective examination (2 doctor’s examinations are included in the payment; I would like to clarify - for what???). The purpose of procedures is template. It is necessary to teach vacationers how to take water correctly (use a straw or a special sippy cup to prevent darkening of teeth; clarify in which cases to drink warm water and in which cold, etc.).
