We had a great time at this Spa hotel. I liked the treatment. The place is wonderful. The forest is nearby. We walked a lot in the forest. We went on excursions. The director of the hotel's Spa, Svetlana, helped organize them. The atmosphere in the Spa hotel is homely. Everything there is clean and orderly.

I liked it very much! Wonderfully located: 3 minutes from the gallery, but at the same time in a park area away from the noise of the city. The hotel was recently built, so everything is modern and new. The cook cooks interestingly. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I liked that there was no language barrier at all: everyone understands and speaks Russian. The manager Svetlana was especially charming. Her smile warmed me from early morning until evening. The only downside was the cold weather... in July!!!... 11 degrees during the day. But the hotel is not at fault here. Smart and experienced people brought jackets with them. Now I too will know about the surprises of Marianske Lazne.

We vacationed in June with my wife. Everything is fine. The location of the hotel corresponds to the description, near the forest, silence at any time. The staff was friendly and tried to help with everything to make your stay at the hotel memorable. The owners of the hotel are compatriots, very nice people who spared no effort and money to create conditions for a comfortable stay. By the way, what was surprising was that although we arrived on Sunday evening (around 19.00), a meeting with the doctor was organized and treatment procedures were prescribed so as not to waste time on Monday. Special thanks to the manager - Svetlana. If necessary and at your request, he can help you organize additional excursions both in the Czech Republic and in Germany, Austria, etc. The medical staff tried to help with everything, the treatment went according to the planned schedule. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. In the restaurant - they secure a permanent place, the service is excellent. Meals for dinner to choose from from the menu, order a day in advance. Breakfast is good, including hot dishes (porridge, scrambled eggs, various meat dishes), fruits, vegetables. There is a spa area (hamam, sauna) next to the hotel. We went by appointment, the visit was free. We didn’t visit the pool (included in the price) - we were lazy, because there was such wonderful nature nearby, a pond with fish, etc. The hotel has free parking, there were always spaces. To the sources - 5-10 minutes. There is one positive thing about the holiday, a hotel that you can visit more than once. If possible, we will come next year.Negatives

We were during the period of "reconstruction" of the hotel. The staff changed and there were problems with the organization. The hotel is offered as a 4-star, but in reality it is 3 stars. The procedures are not therapeutic, but at the “Wellness” level. The masseur was very unpleasant. All the vacationers' complaints were useless. It's a shame that there was no entertainment for the child. The children are bored there. The toys they brought with them and the spacious room save them. Breakfast is very boring and monotonous.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time. I really like the location of the hotel, you go out and you are on a forest path. The source is three minutes away. The room is clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom, daily cleaning. Bed linen is changed approximately every 4-5 days. The furniture is new, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet place near the forest on the "Goethe" hiking trail. We immediately felt at home and were warmly welcomed. A variety of hiking trails start directly at the hotel. The healing springs are also only three minutes away. You can also park for free at the hotel. There is a private pond on the hotel grounds, as well as a nice place to relax, with tables and benches. The rooms are very nicely decorated: tasteful furniture, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. We lived in a spacious two-room apartment with two balconies and a jacuzzi with a view of the forest. The staff was very accommodating. All of our wishes were met by our eyes. This was also the case in the healing center. The nurse Jana was very professional and quick. All applications were carried out without delays - we never had to spend time in the waiting room. It is also possible to book a manicure or pedicure with Lenka. She's doing it really well! The food was also great. The chef cooks freshly and prepares the food beautifully. The breakfast is something for all tastes - plenty of different dishes. For dinner there is a salad bar and you can order a la carte. The waiters work efficiently and friendly. The WiFi works well and reliably.

The hotel has a small but cozy private area (with a stream and a pond), which has benches, tables and a view of the Colonnade and fountain. I was given a wonderful room overlooking the forest. The wishes were taken into account. The hotel rooms are different, but all are cozy, with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and mattresses. Room cleaning is excellent. I really liked the food. The cook is excellent. During my stay of 10 days there was a buffet for dinner. Three types of meat dishes and 5-6 side dishes. I liked that there was always an assortment of fresh leaf salads on the buffet for dinner. Sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and paprika were also offered for breakfast. It is possible to order steamed dishes. There is information about this on the order menu sheet. The staff very kindly fulfills the wishes of preparing and serving dishes. The reception staff are very attentive and friendly. I would like to especially mention Lenka and Mr. Yura. I used the balneo services very little.
