Good afternoon, thank you to your team for your work. I was relaxing at the FOREST SPA hotel. I sent you a review. And I really want to add a few words to the hotel team. Small cozy hotel. The small team works very professionally. The women at the reception are very pleasant and always ready to help. Nelena helped make the queue for the PSR test. For which I am very grateful to her. Thank you girls for your smiles. It’s very nice. Next is the SPA area. There is a wonderful team working here. Unfortunately, I don’t remember all the names. But everything is super. Peaceful, no fuss or queues. Came, did and left. And most importantly, everything was friendly and professional. I especially remembered the INJECTIONS. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. And we hope to return to this hotel. GOOD HEALTH TO THE WHOLE TEAM. And my husband also caught trout in the pond and they cooked it very tasty for us. The restaurant had very friendly waiters. The service was professional and not intrusive. Breakfast is very good. There was always enough of everything. Thank you very much everyone. We rested at the hotel from 03.10 to 17.10. 2021. Everything was wonderful. The staff was nice and friendly. All the treatments in Balneo were great. The food was delicious. Near the hotel there is the colonnade, forest and a singing fountain. We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful rest and will definitely come back!Negatives

The stay at the Hotel Forest was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean throughout the house. Very good atmosphere. Service and food was excellent. The food is always fresh and delicious. The day trip to Prague was a disaster for us. The journey there was very long and the tour guide only explained everything in Russian. Unfortunately we didn't understand a word and had to see how we found out the return journey meeting point and time. Sanatorium for your money. Treatment is good. The staff is excellent. The procedures took place calmly without fuss and at the specified time. We visited the city pool without any problems. We stayed at the Forest Hotel for the first time. I liked everything very much, the location is very good, not far from the central colonnade. The hotel staff are polite, always ready to help, the rooms were cleaned every day. The procedures took place in the first half of the day, which was very convenient. I would also like to note the convenience that all treatment procedures are carried out compactly in one place and there is no need to waste time on transitions. The schedule of procedures is designed in such a way that no time is wasted waiting, one procedure follows another. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and knows their job very well. We really liked the food; during the ten days of our stay, not a single dish was repeated twice. It was always very tasty. The three week stay at the Hotel Forest was wonderful. Good location, very friendly staff, treatments according to appointments, food prepared by a good chef, brought us a lot of joy. Free parking not only saves money, but is also very convenient. We recommend booking this friendly hotel for both a short and several-week vacation.
