We were at the sanatorium from August 6 to August 16, 2017. We liked everything very much. Friendly people, calm, almost homely atmosphere. Quiet and calm. No fuss like in big hotels. We have something to compare with. If you are going on an excursion, you can order breakfast early. If you are late for dinner, you can also make an agreement. Every visitor is welcome here. The location of the sanatorium is simply wonderful - right outside the windows there is just a magical forest with an open-air geological museum. The paths are laid out intelligently, with many benches for resting. The colonnade with mineral water springs is 100 meters away. The hotel staff is very attentive and caring. The prices are reasonable. It was a complete positive experience!

The sanatorium is located in an excellent location: next to a centuries-old forest, a Colonnade with mineral water, a city center with beautiful architecture, two cathedrals (Orthodox and Catholic)... The sanatorium is private: only 28 rooms, for those who like a quiet holiday, without noise. Everything is nearby; treatment, food, reception. Excellent polite staff, everyone understands Russian and helps in all matters. The food is balanced, very tasty, varied, lots of vegetables and fruits. Thoughtful design in all rooms, cozy, comfortable, clean.

My husband and I returned from this hotel 2 weeks ago. Very pleased. The hotel is small, quiet, cozy. Everything feels like home. Friendly, helpful staff, thank you very much to everyone. We had a wonderful room (apartment): a huge sofa in the living room, a comfortable bed, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms, 2 exits to a large balcony from different rooms (in winter this is not very important, but in summer it’s beautiful!). All windows overlooked the forest. Silence and tranquility, just as we wanted. At night we opened the balcony and fell asleep to the murmur of the stream under warm blankets. The balneo center is small, but there were enough treatments. Everything is new, clean, you can transfer the procedures without any problems. Thanks to Pavle and all the medical staff. I also liked the food. We took 3 meals a day. Lunch and dinner a la carte. It was very tasty, varied and beautifully decorated. There were practically no people, so we were served very quickly. The springs are a 5-minute walk away. It’s good to go down, but you need to go uphill, we walked with a stop. When leaving the hotel, the path immediately goes into the forest, walking there is a pleasure. This is not my first time in ML, I’ve been to big hotels before, but this little one won me over. I hope that we will return here again, only in warm weather.

In the winter cold, I found here the warmth and kindness of all the hotel workers: maids, cooks, medical staff, managers. Living conditions, service, food correspond to the level of a 4-star hotel. As there were fewer and fewer guests at the hotel, the range of dishes dropped sharply; there were days when they weren’t even given a choice of dishes for dinner, but everyone was served one dish of fatty pork, with a side dish of potatoes with cracklings, which is unacceptable for people who arrived treat diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. We never saw the buffet for dinner. It felt like the chefs were changed during this period; the quality of the dishes began to differ too dramatically. The breakfasts were also affected, although less so, but in recent days the porridge had become simply inedible and the stale cheese did not cause any appetite..
