Quite varied, for dinner we bought drinks or water from a jug. Double room, comfortable and spacious bathroom. I liked the towels, they instantly absorb moisture. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, from the nurses to the hotel owner Tatiana. If it weren't for them, we wanted to leave on day 2. Everything in the hotel is somehow economical, the Reception is a small counter and that’s it, there’s absolutely nowhere to sit, then a small corridor and to the left the entrance to the restaurant, to the right the entrance to the balneo, in the corridors on the floors there is not a single chair (at least a chair) so that you can wait cleaning the room. Our room was such that there was a bed right behind the front door, and outerwear and shoes for the street hung a step away from the bed, that is, there was no corridor separating the common corridor from the room, so we heard all the conversations and laughter passing by our room. As Svetlana said, all the rooms were occupied, it was possible to change only in a week, but the husband refused because there were trash cans under the windows. A good view from the window is only in the apartments, there are 3 of them, in the rest, one way or another, the view from the windows is not very good... We had a view of the forest with a small French balcony, I was happy at first, but when every morning I could hear the slamming of car doors from the street , and there are a lot of them there, because right under the windows there is a parking lot that separates the forest from the building, it became not very good. On the other side of the building there is a view of the building of another hotel, and very close, there is a restaurant and the staff often go out to smoke. In the shared toilet-bathroom there is soap and shampoo on tap, that's all... There is no clothes brush, no shoe brush, no shoe spoon. I asked at the reception where I could iron my clothes, if there was an ironing room, they said they could give me an iron, but there was no ironing board... What should I iron on? So they went without ironing. We waited a long time for the doctor, although we were promised that he would be on the day of our arrival, we waited until the second half on Monday. I took 10 euros for 2 recipes, very happy. One recipe was not useful. The treatment is standard for ML; during lymphatic drainage, the pants are large and do not wrinkle. The food was ordinary, we wanted to change dinner for lunch. For lunch they brought fish and boiled potatoes without a choice, when I refused, they brought tasteless fried cheese, we were left hungry and exchanged it back for dinner. The same thing happened on one of the Saturdays, when there was no buffet for dinner, and what they gave was the same ate. There is no coffee machine, they bring regular coffee in a metal coffee pot, this is for breakfast, for dinner all drinks are paid, but there is plain water near the dispenser, not on the tables, we didn’t see it right away. Tea costs 35 CZK, cappuccino coffee 45 CZK, beer and wine 60 CZK, the prices are not small. Conclusion: the hotel is not worthy of 4 stars, maximum 3.

This was my second time in Forest. I really like to relax in it. It should be noted that with the change of manager, the hotel’s performance has noticeably improved. The range of breakfast products has increased, two waiters provided impeccable service, whose professional advantage is their knowledge of Russian and German. The staff of the balneo department has been completely updated (for the better). The sisters work professionally and kindly. It is possible to reschedule the procedure (if necessary) to a more convenient time. The schedule of procedures is compiled compactly and with minimal waiting time. The work of the receptionist is beyond praise! Always ready to help. Tatyana and Svetlana's informal attitude towards hotel guests can serve as an example of true professionalism and a manifestation of the best human qualities: attention, participation, willingness to help in any situation. The hotel is located next to the Colonnade and the singing fountain. It's a pleasure to walk for some water early in the morning before breakfast. All city events are held on the square near the Colonnade. During our stay there was a folklore festival. But the beauty is that the hotel has a favorable location, 2 minutes from the Colonnade. and, at the same time, silence and amazing forest around. And the air is simply delicious, just delicious!!! People with respiratory disease will understand me. Many thanks and low bow to the owner of the hotel Tatyana!!! The way the guests’ life, food, and interior are arranged is the merit of Tatyana and her family. Paintings, an antique candlestick in the restaurant, snow-white beds and comfortable beds. No guest is left unattended. Only a person with a broad Russian soul can create a homely atmosphere and comfort for his vacationers. Tatyana, you are very smart, God bless you with health and prosperity!!! Tatiana's assistant Svetlana is also very grateful for our comfortable stay and relaxation. Svetlana delves into any problem and any wish is fulfilled instantly. And the cook is a separate conversation. We didn’t visit a single restaurant during our entire stay because the chef’s dishes were so tasty and varied that we couldn’t even try everything. We ate and enjoyed. In the morning, porridge, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, different types of sausage, different types of cheese, nuts, cereal, scrambled eggs, salads and a lot of delicious things. The baked goods are always fresh. For dinner, either a buffet or made-to-order dishes, always soup. And the meat just melts in your mouth. And there is a lot of it, in different recipes. Delicious!!! As for the resort, I think it’s unlikely that anything can be changed, but elderly and disabled people should know that it is very difficult to climb to hotels located on a hill. The menu has a lot of fruits and vegetables, wonderful chefs. The medical staff takes an individual approach when providing procedures, taking into account the vacationer’s condition. The springs are a 3-minute walk from the hotel. A cute mini-park with a pond where you can sit in a gazebo and take shelter from the weather. The hotel is small, quiet, no fuss, located on the border of a protected forest and a geological park above a colonnade. They take you to the pool regularly on a day that is convenient for you, except on weekends, precisely at a time when there are few people in the city pool (large and very clean), you just need to sign up in advance, it’s free if you have a treatment package. Even the short climb to the hotel is not annoying. I recommend this hotel for both health and wellness. If I have the opportunity, I would like to come to this hotel again.Negatives
