We received a very friendly welcome, had a very nice suite on the 1st floor, there was a TV in both rooms... 3 remote controls were also available, of which unfortunately only one worked. Nobody can guarantee the weather, we had Storm, with of course, power outage. The emergency power unit initially worked and we had emergency lighting, which unfortunately also failed. When we asked if we could get any light source, the only answer was "Sorry, everything is defective". There were 6 guests in the hotel at the time. The medical examination went quickly, the treatments were top, big praise, wishes and needs were taken into account. The location of the hotel is beautiful and it was great that we had free parking. All the staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and tried to give us a relaxing few daysNegatives
The description of the hotel said there was a restaurant, unfortunately this was not the case, it was the "dining room", which was only open during meal times. We also had to ask for drinks with dinner, which is a no-go for us in a 4-star hotel. Since many Russian vacationers prefer this hotel (which we had absolutely no problem with), the kitchen was also adapted to this. On the first evening we were looking forward to a Russian evening, but unfortunately the food was really not tasty, unimaginative (in 10 days 3x goulash with noodles, 2x fish, the specialty was probably mashed potatoes, maybe carrots from a bag?) It does I'm sorry for this bad review, but I was very disappointed because we wanted to celebrate my husband's big birthday, sit comfortably together, have a nice drink (in a restaurant!)... If you're looking for a nice atmosphere with some gastronomy and culinary delights (i.e. Bohemian cuisine), you should not book this hotel.
