The Forest Hotel stayed for 10 days as the resort began preparing for Christmas. A very beautiful period of the year; in the morning you can find yourself in a winter fairy tale, and in the evening in a colorful autumn. The location of the hotel is very convenient in a quiet place, with access to a park area, very convenient for lovers of walking/Nordic walking and within walking distance from the central colonnade with healing water. The treatment facilities at the hotel, as elsewhere at resorts, are preventive in nature for the musculoskeletal system (lymphatic drainage of the legs, massage, gas treatments, etc.) excellent procedures in general. The medical staff (nice, friendly girls: Pavlina, Natalya and Larisa) are professionals in their field. The food is excellent, buffet with a sufficient range of dishes. Beautiful presentation of evening dishes and very tasty!!! A good tradition of Saturday gala dinners with wine. Respect to the kitchen staff!!! The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, professional cleaning every day, linen changed every 3 days. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your hospitality and our comfortable stay at this wonderful resort. We will definitely come back!!!! The excursion to Prague with Lenka is wonderful. The sanatorium is located in the forest. Very comfortable paths for walking, its own small well-designed area with a pond. There are rest areas, benches, a gazebo, and a barbecue area. Nice rooms, room cleaning daily. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times. The staff of the medical department is very friendly, the procedures were carried out on time. We were very pleased with the Saturday dinners with wine and champagne and dishes from the chef. Thank you very much for this. The ticket was purchased at a discount. Due to the lack of a sufficient number of staff (only 2 people worked one day), the procedures were carried out in a fuss, the massage therapist was not able to fully perform the procedure. Also, not all the staff have sufficient qualifications and knowledge (one nurse provided very slow and uncertain service). We encountered unpleasant problems with nutrition. Breakfast is good if you come when it opens at 8:00. A little later there are no more buns or fish, and by the end of breakfast we collect what’s left. While procedures can be scheduled throughout the morning. We received an answer to our complaints - the buns will be available tomorrow. The waiter serves the coffee, the coffee is very diluted. It would be much better if there were a coffee machine for instant coffee lovers. At dinner the same problem - if you don’t come by 18-00, then there is no choice of dishes. This is especially a problem with leaf lettuce or arugula, even with grated beets - enough for 3-4 people. All that remains are cucumbers - tomatoes with dressing or Chinese cabbage with vinegar. All dishes are heavily salted. They complained repeatedly, the next day the food was a little better, but then another cook came and again the same problems. During the first days of our stay, we were faced with the fact that there was not enough dessert. Then the situation improved - we just started coming for dinner at 18-00. Forest Hotel & Spa is very good. Quiet, cozy, not big and with clean rooms. First of all, it is necessary to note the excellent attitude of the hotel's service and medical staff towards guests. When undergoing treatment procedures, there is always an atmosphere of ease and friendliness on the part of the medical staff, who know their job well! I want to say a big thank you to St. nurse Paula, nurses Galina and Natasha for their professionalism and cordiality. Also a big thank you to the kitchen staff and the girl (I don’t know her name) who always cleaned up the room. Negative aspects. Cuisine - often sausage, frankfurters, eggs (a huge accumulation of cholesterol). At lunch (very weak) and in the evening there are no drinks, not even boiling water!!! . Even tea, although sometimes after dinner I want to go a little gray and talk at the table with a cup of tea. But you have to pay extra for it!!! Procedures - I would recommend expanding the list of procedures, t.c. buy several devices; 1- for the musculoskeletal system, for example (plantar fasciitis), etc. 2-for the treatment of prostate adenoma, etc. 3-procedures email. Magnetic therapy is weak, which gives an insufficient therapeutic effect. 4- mud applications, could be expanded. Since o.s. Forest does not have the ability to carry out these procedures and has to look for them in other hotels with larger offers. The breakfast was ok. The dinner gets a maximum of 1 star. If you weren't super punctual, there was no more meat. Noodles or rice weren't really warm. Bread and cold cuts were not offered. Dessert was served so you could only eat one portion. Ordering drinks was difficult.

Our vacation and treatment at the hotel fell in September. We were met and received very well, checked in quickly and escorted to our room. On the same day, an appointment with the doctor took place and treatment was prescribed. All procedures were performed at a strictly scheduled time, without queues or waits. We really liked it. Meals included breakfast and dinner. Since food is not the main thing for us, we can say that we were satisfied with the variety of dishes and the quality of cooking. I really liked the Marianske Lazne resort itself. Order, cleanliness, calmness, comfort, a lot of flowers and greenery, good weather accompanied us. Thank you to your company and of course to the resort for a great vacation. We recommend everyone to visit these places, and of course choose the Forest Hotel/

My husband and I arrived by car at 13:00 and were immediately put into a room. It felt like we had arrived at a relative's house. The room was very comfortable and cozy. At 17:00 the doctor received us and prescribed treatment according to our problems. We had Halbpension. We chose breakfast and lunch, which was also provided without any problems. The food was delicious. Especially lunches. Every day there was a different menu of soup, salad and one of two main courses to choose from. It was served very beautifully decorated. Special thanks to the staff everywhere for their friendly attitude both during treatment and in the restaurant and at the reception, like a homely atmosphere. I didn’t want to leave. I hope we will come here again.

One small minus. Because we included a free excursion to Prague. Then we had to abandon some procedures. We were told either, or... And then these procedures were never performed on us, although everything was paid for. Or the procedures are scheduled from 12 to 14 o'clock and this is lunch time (which is also paid for) I had to run during half-hour breaks to get dressed, then eat and then change again and with a full belly for a massage. This is not right. The program according to procedures is incorrectly distributed or installed.

Very hard mattresses, for me it was bad for my back. I put a soft backing on it, but it didn't help much. And other guests complained. The food was monotonous, especially the salads, in general the food was 4 minus. Upon arrival, they didn’t even offer tea, this is the first time this has happened to us. We have already vacationed in the Czech Republic 6 times, and we were always given food upon arrival. Although we did not order lunch in advance, they offered it to us. And then from the road I had to immediately go look for somewhere to eat. In general, we will definitely not go to this hotel again. There is no water or tea for lunch or dinner. This is also a big minus. Take salad off the menu in the evening and serve people tea.
