The most unpleasant thing about our stay and treatment was the attending doctor. We were there for the first time, so we didn’t immediately understand what was happening. It was just agony. This is the most unpleasant thing. But on the whole, the staff was friendly. There was a transfer from the airport, but the driver was already an elderly man, and his driving style was terrible. We were worried all the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, the car on the brakes, as if on a hill, began to roll down. Terrible! Please pay attention! Very poor restaurant performance. The hotel positions itself as a sanatorium-resort treatment. In fact, the food in the restaurant is designed for people not just healthy, but with “tinned” stomachs. All food is cooked in a large amount of oil, salads are all seasoned with vinegar, everything is fried until dark brown!!! A reasonable question arises: why should people who are able to consume and digest THIS come here, drink water on a schedule, etc. The main contingent is people over 60 years old. This food is contraindicated!!!! Several mornings the fanned porridge was sour. My wife and I were there from mid-March until the end of the month. We experienced both bad weather (rain and snow, which did not stop us from enjoying walks in the parks) and warm, truly spring days. In our opinion, the Zvezda sanatorium is the best in the complex. I really liked the room overlooking the park. Varied and tasty food (diabetes problems are taken into account). The treatment is excellent - we are very grateful to the wonderful doctor Maria!! The medical staff is friendly and professional. The schedule for visiting procedures was drawn up in such a way that there was almost no long wait anywhere. Everyone managed to do it even taking into account the transfer to other buildings. We would like to mention the attentive and caring driver Frantishik, who took us on a transfer from the sanatorium to the airport. The memories of my stay at the sanatorium are wonderful. We plan to return again and, of course, only here. Even the time of year, as we understand, does not matter. Group airport-hotel transfer was included in the package of services, but only one way (free). A return private transfer is offered for 130 euros (!!) This is very expensive if you are traveling alone. It is very difficult to find someone at a hotel who will fly back at the same time as you. As a result, I found a transfer at another agency for 89 euros (a completely different price). I myself only used it three times. And the third part disappeared. I started cleaning it up and hiding it, but I didn’t see the girl who cleaned the bathroom anymore. Lost interest in cleaning. Keep this in mind.
