Treatment procedures are scattered across four buildings, including the building of another sanatorium (Central Lazne). Walking along long passages was a little stressful. There were a lot of people in the restaurant, there was simply pandemonium. It seemed like people came from all over Marianske Lazne to have dinner. There are also always a lot of strangers in the pool. By the way, the pool workers (they work in shifts), for some reason women, began to kick out swimmers 40 minutes before closing. They were demonstratively rolling out some cleaning units, unwinding cords to connect them to the network, etc. And only on the shift when a man worked, it was possible to swim calmly until 21 o’clock. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust was not wiped off the tables or TV even once in 14 days. The bed was changed twice in two weeks. The mud baths, which are located in Central Lazne, were always very dirty. Apparently, due to the large flow of vacationers, the staff did not even have time to wipe the floor. It was a little disgusting. It was dirty in the treatment rooms, in the locker room, and in the corridor. And the staff in the mud baths are slightly nervous and twitchy. I attributed it to the fact that it was already difficult for them to cope with so many vacationers.Positives

Mineral table water is available right at the hotel, but it suited me better than what was prescribed. The attentive doctor Momunkulova Daimila simply charmed us, she listens to everything, advises and changes procedures according to your diseases. Respect to the chef, a good team of professionals and craftsmen. The nurses during the procedures are very polite and attentive. Dear guests, do not be lazy, take the information material at the reception (there are two of them at the hotel), there is a lot of useful information for your stay (excursions, bonuses, programs). All this will pleasantly surprise you at the hotel, for example, you don’t need to take cups with you to the colonnade, and by presenting your room card you can store them for free at the colonnade reception + free use of the toilet there.
