There was absolutely no individual approach. The doctor didn’t ask me what was bothering me, what was hurting me. I came on the recommendation of a friend. I was interested in: underwater spinal traction and gas injections. I barely managed to get gas injections. There were only two procedures. I asked for it on the hips, I got it on the shoulders. I was very disappointed in this matter. I have something to compare with. Three years ago I was in Truskavets. I went for injections every other day. I forgot about the pain for two years. The underwater hood was rejected with contempt, although I know for sure that in other places it is done calmly without any restrictions. It's a shame that there was no orientation. No one told us what procedures are included in the price of stay, and what can be purchased additionally. I didn't need a massage, a jacuzzi or a pool at all. I have all this at home, in America. I could buy those procedures that we don’t have. Very bad marketing. Even in Truskavets, on the wall in front of the entrance to the treatment room there was a description of the procedure and what benefits it provides. All doctors know: if the patient believes in the procedure, it brings double the effect. Maybe it's out there somewhere. But we didn’t see it. There was not enough information. There were no prospectuses, brochures, announcements about cultural events in the city, etc. There was food in the dining room, but it brought little joy. At lunch there was soup and a second course, but there was nothing to wash it down with. Everyone knows that drinking cold water is not recommended. For dinner there was tea of little clear concentration and temperature. They saved themselves by running to the bar in the evening and pouring boiling water into their thermoses. I know that some people brought teapots with them. Had also a problem with the air conditioner in the room. I turned it on, but then it turned off automatically. I was tired of turning it on. The door to the toilet was like in a bunker. Heavy and terrible. Only the trash can kept it open. Room cleaning could have been more thorough. (carpet) And there should at least be shampoo.

Very clear and professional work. This was my first time booking a tour through this site and I was very pleased. Everything is clear and fast. Our plane was 2 hours late, but we were met at the airport without waiting a minute. The transfer was comfortable, we were fed at the hotel, Veronica warned us about our delay, and they waited for us, although dinner time was already over, we were checked in within 5 minutes. During our stay, Veronica was in touch all the time and visited us at the hotel to find out if everything was fine with us. The return transfer to the airport was also precise and comfortable.
