This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was overall satisfied. An excellent doctor, Yana, attentive and friendly. She asked me about my health in great detail, looked and felt everything herself, and prescribed the necessary treatment. The nurse girls Shark and Lank are simply smart. It’s a pity that I only met them on the third day of my five-day vacation. Friendly, positive, responsive and professional in their work. The food is good and varied. Everything is delicious. When I entered the room, I was slightly shocked - there were huge lace snares on the windows and ceiling. This is unacceptable in a 4* hotel. Room cleaning was unsatisfactory, only trash was thrown away. The towels, robe, and especially the bed were not changed even once in 5 days. Nurse Misa is very openly slacking. I have vacationed in Karlovy Vary many times and know how to do gas injections and reflex massage. Misa didn’t do even a third of the injections. Instead of 20 minutes, I did acupressure massage for only 8 minutes. And even these 8 minutes were just rubbing the cream on the back, not a single point was worked on. But thanks to Dr. Yana! As soon as I told her about such a low-quality massage, they immediately changed the massage therapist and returned the lost procedure. And Lenka started giving injections!Positives

There are complaints about the doctor. It’s somehow incomprehensible. There are always queues for gas injections, to see the doctor. The doctor somehow treats patients inappropriately. It seems that they have returned to socialism!!!! The appointment time does not correspond to the time indicated in the papers!!! The doctor herself is also not very competent. She does not want to listen to the patient. She simply decides on her own what is needed and what is not necessary. Well, somehow solve these problems! Thank you for your understanding!!! And until this time everything was fine. Something apparently happened to you. We wish you to solve these problems in the future, but everything remains the same, all these problems! К сожалении во время Вашего приезда приехало очень много клиентов, у нашей доктор было много работы, но она всегда к клиентам приветлива, заботится о них и уделяет им внимание. Мне очень жалько, что Вы не нашли общий язык. Мы каждый год стремимся сделать что-то новое для наших клиентов. В прошлом году мы красили все номера и поменяли мебель в номерах.
