It is with pleasure that I write a review about my stay in this sanatorium, the result of which was not only a clear improvement in health, but also an excellent mood. A wonderful hotel with excellent educational and health facilities. The professionalism, friendliness and attentiveness of the entire staff - from the head physician to the maids and pool workers (by the way, the pools are magnificent!) - are beyond praise. Separately, I would like to note the kindness and responsiveness of the administrator Tatyana and convey to her many thanks for her help in all the questions that arose.

The main thing is that after a week I felt an improvement (after all, I went for treatment). The Europa Fit hotel is very convenient in terms of compactness: everything is nearby - the medical department, the swimming pool and the place of residence. The lake is not far away, it was no problem to walk along the path in the forest in good weather. The room was clean, the staff was responsive, and the reception was able to resolve any issues that arose. Thank you!Negatives
Unfortunately, the negative thing was that I started developing an allergy in the form of skin rashes, most likely due to mud treatments, although I am a non-allergic person, and it was strange (on arrival home it immediately became better). This does not apply to the work of the sanatorium, but it is probably worth warning about it

Spacious room with a balcony, newly renovated and with modern and functional equipment. The quality of treatment procedures is excellent, the staff works efficiently and professionally. The food in the restaurant is varied, fresh and tasty. Loved the outdoor pool! There is a swimming pool with healing thermal water. The location of the hotel is convenient: the lake, exchange offices, shops, market and bus station are within walking distance. The attitude of all the hotel staff is very friendly. In case of a language barrier, administrator Tatyana, who speaks Russian, can help with the necessary information and changing the time of procedures. We definitely recommend this hotel!

It was a success thanks to the sanatoriums system, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the employees, the company representative in Heviz, as well as, of course, the hotel employees, cooks and waiters, service and medical personnel, and the Europa Fit doctor. We thank each and everyone who took part in creating a good holiday for us. We didn’t encounter any negativity. Even the language barrier can be easily overcome thanks to the responsiveness of the hotel staff and the administrator Tatyana, who is always polite, will help and advise in case of some difficulties or difficulties in communicating in a foreign language for Russian speakers. Another nuance that should be taken into account by those who smoke is that smoking is prohibited in the hotel (even on balconies); there are only two specially designated areas for smokers. This creates some difficulties for them, but, in my opinion, does not spoil the impression of the hotel.

The windows of our room overlooked the internal garden with a swimming pool - it was very noisy at night. For our taste, the meat dishes were slightly rearranged. It would be nice to have access to plain drinking water for dinner (not at extra cost).

On the eve of departure, Tatiana at the reception printed out a payment document indicating the payment for my stay at the hotel and told me to pay the next day. The next day was Saturday (Tatiana had a day off). I came to the reception to pay and here I received a negative message that overshadowed everything my stay at the hotel: Tomas, that was the name of the person at the reception, very arrogantly and sharply began to prove to me that the calculation for my stay was incorrect and I still owed 150 euros, the document was in Hungarian, I asked him to explain to me why the amount had changed? I asked to call He called Tatyana, but didn’t let me talk to her. Having paid the bill, I left 1 night early. I hope he will take my complaint into account and be polite and tactful with guests in the future. I also wanted to advise (from my experience) new hotel guests Be careful with vacuum massage: it is very injurious to the back.

The spa area is open until late and it's really great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners, we dined in restaurants nearby. Lake Heviz is very beautiful, you will not see anything like it anywhere else, and the distance from the hotel to the lake is only 10 minutes on foot. Polite staff, good cleaning. 10 out of 10!

The main problem is too many people in the hotel, especially children. You feel unpleasant at dinner, because... children run around the restaurant, the noise is simply unimaginable, they pick up food with their hands and then throw it back into the containers, so the comfort, at least in our case, I can rate no higher than 5 points out of 10. It seems to me that the restaurant could easily have 2 sections - for adults and tourists with children. Everyone would be more comfortable. Next time we will choose a smaller hotel and go in the off-season.

My son and I vacationed at the Europa Fit hotel from 07/03/22 to 07/12/22, the hotel was very good, doctor’s consultation, medical procedures and hotel service, everything was at the highest level. Food in hotels, buffet with a variety of dishes, everything was very tasty, there were always meat and fish dishes on the menu, a lot of vegetables and fruits. The desserts were great, very tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day. In hotels and during procedures, the staff speaks Hungarian, German, English and Russian, this is a very positive thing. I would especially like to thank the representative of sanatoriums.com, Mr. Lajos, for his attention to tourists and for very interesting excursions. We will definitely come to this hotel next year. Room 110 was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, where noisy construction work was taking place, with equipment. From early morning until 17-00 it was impossible to be on the balcony; builders and a bulldozer were within 2-3 meters. But all this was brightened up by other positive aspects of the sanatorium.
