Thank you for wonderful days at the Central Hotel! This was our first time choosing this type of holiday, but we were very pleased! The hotel is very conveniently located, close to all sources, the road is on flat ground, the closest source is 1. The hotel is clean, tidy, polite staff, attentive director. We were on holiday with small children. They met us halfway regarding check-in and check-out times. The procedures were conveniently scheduled for me and my husband, so that we could take turns attending them and the children always remained under supervision. The procedures themselves were done on time, politely, and carefully. They cleaned the room after the child slept, they always asked if it was comfortable for us if we were in the room. The food was varied: there were always vegetables, vegetable salads, meat and fish or vegetable dishes, amazingly tasty cream soups, broths, and borscht were offered for main course. Everything was fresh, cooked with the optimal amount of salt, spices and sauces could always be taken separately. Small-sized baked goods, which, in my opinion, is very rational. Different types of bread, there were always 2 types of cereals for breakfast, which I personally really love. Special thanks to the waiters for their attention, always a clean table and smiles! I was very pleased with the presence of a swimming pool; my eldest daughter enjoyed swimming there. We sincerely thank the hotel director and all the staff for a wonderful stay! I would like to thank the Sanatoriums company for the excellent organization of transfer from the airport and also back, I was worried that there would be inconsistencies, but I was met and driven quickly, the drivers are very nice people, thank you!!! As for the sanatorium, we can say that it’s not bad at all, the room was good, the size was good, it was warm and clean, the cleaning was good. The restaurant has good quality food, but not a lot of choice. There are not enough desserts, but maybe for the better you can get better from dessert 😀. Well, if you seriously wanted something sweet for tea at lunch, and for dinner there were some donuts and ice cream. The procedures were not enough; it was necessary to take an expanded package of procedures. I got 2/3 a day. Yes, thanks again for the gift trip to Prague, again to the company Sanatoriums, the weather was excellent, Prague was beautiful, thanks to the guide too, she tried to give a lot of information and entertain tourists. This was my first visit to Karlovy Vary. Everything is at the highest level, the staff is above all praise, attentive, responsive, smiling, everyone would be happy to turn to anyone. The food is varied and tasty, the location is excellent, everything you need is nearby, everything is clean, the procedures are at a decent level, very good results after gas injections, and, of course, water. We stayed for two weeks, we will definitely return. This was my first trip to Karlovy Vary. I really liked the hotel. I sincerely thank director Ivan Ivanovich for organizing excellent accommodation, food and treatment. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Alexander and Alexandra for their friendliness and help on how to get where to go. Thanks to the chefs for the deliciously prepared food and to those who served it with love. I thank Elya, Lyuba, Victoria and Sonya for the excellent service. Thanks to Tanya for the excellent cleaning of the room every day. Special thanks to Dr. Anastasia for her comprehensive selection of preventive procedures, useful advice and daily care for my health. Good day everyone! My wife and I stayed at the Central Sanatorium from January 18 to 27 of this year. We were very pleased with the accommodation, food and treatment at this hotel. I would especially like to mention the attending physician Anastasia, Alexandra and Alexander at the reception, the girls and the cook in the restaurant, everyone tried their best during the procedures and did their job efficiently - Yana, Anna, Irina, Dima, Misha and others. The rooms were cleaned efficiently. Due to family circumstances, we had to leave a day earlier, the administration of the hotel and the website SANATORIUMS.COM returned our money without any problems! Very good location of the hotel - in the very center of the city, very close to drinking mineral waters. Very nice and cozy rooms (503 and 504). Thank you for meeting us at the airport and for the transfer in both directions. We are also grateful for the excursion to Prague and for the excellent guide. The guide was equal to Wikipedia. :) Pleasant and polite service everywhere - reception, restaurant, medical procedures, cleaning staff in the room. Very tasty food in the restaurant. There is little light in the room - a bit dark. I had to work on a computer - it was inconvenient. There are no lamps on the ceiling. I had to move one lamp so that there was at least a little more light to the desktop. The food was very bad and really inedible, there was only the same salad every day, the food was little and not varied. There was only one type of roll (wheat) so no choice at all. At lunch it felt like there was only water to drink, they didn't have coffee or juice, let alone all day long. I've never experienced that in a hotel before. Treatments weren't great either, I stopped going to the "treatments" in the last few days, if you can even call them treatments. Our massage chair in the living room does much more than these supposed “treatments”. Did the sauna cost money? 1 hour 20€ per person, something like that should be free in a spa hotel! We were very horrified. When we booked it said that the New Year's Eve celebration would be included. However, we were turned away because we hadn't booked for New Year's Eve, which was a shame. So I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone, under any circumstances. And definitely don't come againAnswer from Spa Hotel Central

We had a lot of fun, the staff was very impeccable, the rooms were fully equipped with everything necessary and even more, the cooks tried to give the food the taste of home and they succeeded, especially on New Year’s Eve, the staff worked without rest and gave a great mood to everyone present. Positive is an understatement, this hotel (Kurhotel Central) is absolutely fabulous. When we arrived, I was doing the eighty year old "shuffle", when we left I was dancing the "Tango". This hotel may be "antique", but the personnel are very modern, very polite and very, very helpful. The food is splendid, congratulations to the cook and all of his staff - we couldn't wait to be served a new speciality every day - and a very big "thank you" to all of the friendly waitresses and their supervisor. Every minute spent in this restaurant was pure joy! And now to the medical procedures, the "endovac" sure got me moving again, the "hydrojet" got rid of my aches and pains, and the massages given by Mr. Moskalenko hit the right spots/aches right on - absolutely fabulous. The swimming pool is good - the Jacuzzi could be a tad larger, but is fabulous. The staff handling all of the procedures/treatments were very helpful and polite - and always understood my wishes - thank you! The location is fantastic, out of the door and within 100 meters one is in the equivalent of "Bond Street/London" and the paradise of walks beside the thermal river/trees is complemented by fabulous bars/restaurants. I used to visit Karlovy Vary 50 years ago, at that time an old, run-down antique city, now it is modern and a dream to visit - we already know that we will often return to the "Central" hotel in the future - and highly recommend this hotel to everybody that wants to rejuvenate and have some fun and happy shopping at the same time - a very big "Thank You" to all the staff for a wonderful time...... Бассейн, джакузи, фитнесцентр, бильярд, настольный теннис. И все это по цене 90 Евро в сутки! Концерты и выступления артистов не презентовались и в цену не входили. A wonderful, intimate hotel in the very center of the resort, within walking distance from the springs. The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly, almost every guest receives an individual approach, which I felt towards myself. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy, cleaned every day. The hotel is located in the very center near the theater, but despite this, the rooms are not noisy at all and you can sleep with the window open. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with a wonderful view of the Tepla River and the surrounding forests that surround the city. I would especially like to acknowledge the work of all the staff, who made our stay very comfortable. The reception staff, medical staff, doctor, kitchen and restaurant staff are great people and professionals in their field. We recovered very well in the hotel. We were warmly welcomed. There was a small misunderstanding (our son wasn't on the computer), but it was quickly resolved. We were actually positively surprised about diet food. We enjoyed everything very much. The staff in the restaurant was super nice. We were assigned a table where we were allowed to sit throughout our vacation, which is also very practical. There were always different types of tea for lunch and dinner. The wellness area is also very nicely decorated, although you have to pay extra for the sauna, but it was also really nice. You remain undisturbed.
