My friends and I came from Mongolia for the first time. We really liked the attitude of the medical staff, especially the doctor Anastasia. A very friendly girl, also the waitresses knew their job (Alina, Yulia). The sanatorium is located in the center, not far from the springs. The rooms are spacious, bright, the cleaning is good. Вы приехали в пятницу после 15 часов, но врач принял Вас в субботу, когда Вы и получили первые процедуры. Воскресенье - выходной день. Работает бассейн, фитнесцентр. 3. Сожалеем, что Вы не обратили внимание на меню, которое меняется каждый день. 4. Джакузи рассчитано на 4 человека, но для Вас оказалось маловатым. 5. Сауна тоже на 4 человека. Люди разных конфессий пользуются сауной обособленно. 6. Цена за электроэнергию в Чехии возросла в три раза. За все необходимо платить, но очевидно Вы не привыкли.

Всем клиентам, бронирующим наш отель через турфирму Sanatoriums, предложено взять заключение от лечащего врача, результаты лабораторных исследований для того, чтобы по приезду начать лечебный процесс. Это отражено в бюджетных ценах лечения, которое Вы выбрали /не 3, а 2 процедуры в день/. Все исследования проводятся экстра. За оценку вежливости наших сотрудников - спасибо. В отличии от Вас мы не слышали а имеем благодарности за чистоту и качество наших постельных принадлежностей. Это все очень индивидуально. Надеемся, что минеральная вода соответствовала Вашему представлению.

Предлагая индивидуальную сауну по символической цене исключаются возможные конфликты. Вы самостоятельно выбирали блюда из диетического меню. Жалоб от Вас не поступало. Поэтому не очень или очень нам не понятно. Стоимость рецепта не зависит от цены лекарства. В Чехии один порядок для всех клиентов..., которого мы обязаны придерживаться.
