There is always a choice - meat, poultry, fish, vegetarian dish. In addition - vegetable salads, sweet dishes, ice cream, tea. Our hotel houses clients of different faiths who take the sauna separately (Muslims, Jews.../). To avoid conflicts, the sauna is provided separately for a nominal fee.

It was an unforgettable vacation and treatment. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again to this sanatorium (hotel). We traveled to Karlovy Vary in three cars (11 people). Each family chose their own hotel (everyone was in a different hotel). And all our friends, having visited us, said that our place is the best. They said that they would book their next trips and stays at Central, and even our friends advised other Odessa residents to book this sanatorium. I also want to say a special thank you to the staff for their care and understanding. Our journey was 1800 km, we were accommodated very quickly, provided with everything we needed, we arrived in the evening at the end of the working day, and they even brought a doctor from home to the sanatorium especially for us, so that we would not waste time and could begin procedures and treatment immediately in the morning. Then they fed us. In the room we found everything we needed for relaxation and comfort... from small things (shoe spoons, needle threads) to a safe for storing valuables and documents), everything was thought out to the smallest detail. SUPER!!!! "Central" is the best!!!! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiards... everything cannot be described. You definitely need to be there to understand how great it is... We rested in the sanatorium from February 9 to February 18, 2024. We had not just a good holiday, but an excellent holiday!!! The hotel is located in the very historical center of Karlovy Vary. It's a three-minute walk to the springs. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the city, a very beautiful view! The room is very clean and comfortable, decorated in an old style. Cleaning every day. Over the course of nine days, our bed sheets were changed several times and towels were changed every day. Qualified doctor Anastasia Khlevich prescribed a course of necessary medical procedures (classical massage, paraffin wraps, baths, pneumoacupuncture, peat wrapping, massage on a water bed, inhalations, carbon dioxide baths, lymphatic drainage massage) Three meals a day: buffet plus a choice of main dishes in an assortment to order. Lots of fruits and delicious desserts. The service staff at the hotel is top notch, attentive and friendly. The hotel has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. Also a gym. We hoped for an “unforgettable New Year’s Eve” and we “got it”: - the kitchen on December 31st worked “as usual” until 19.30; - New Year’s dinner was marked (from other dinners) with a plate (one for everyone - “those who didn’t have time are late”) with scraps of red fish (the kind of scraps that are usually sold at the lowest price); - the buffet (promised by Ivan Ivanovich instead of New Year's dinner) at 23.00 on December 31st consisted of “unforgettable” kebabs: bread + cucumber (in different variations - salted or fresh) + bread + unfortunate half-dead Spanish olive. On one plate there were also kebabs with smoked sausage and some kind of stale cheese, but we didn’t understand that that was “all”, so... we didn’t get it.... - there was no music in the “lounge” at all (the staff puffed and said “the audio system doesn’t work”), so on New Year’s Day we were left without even music; - a couple of dead artificial trees at the entrance were apparently supposed to “convey the New Year’s mood,” which, to our great amazement, we never felt, so we were very upset, - the towels in the spa were ALL full of holes, without exception, - .... In general, we entertained ourselves as best we could... Of course, we will NEVER return to this hotel again and do not recommend it to others! (I will send a video of one of the “dinners” in another letter.)
