Что касается парковки, надо учесть, что наш отель находится в курортной зоне и мы оплачиваем немалые деньги за паркоместа городу Карловы Вары. Это конечно отражается в цене парковки для наших гостей. Бассейн открыт с 8 до 19 часов, значит весь день.

But somehow it’s not worked out to the end. For example, the conditions of any hotel provide for check-in + - at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00. The transfer can arrive in the evening and pick up early in the morning. So it turns out that almost a day is lost for which the guests paid. And another thing that happened to us: we had the same booking number, but we were put on different buses home. This is not stated in the terms of the contract. And in general this is not normal. The procedures do not correspond to those shown on the Sanatoriums.com website; half of the procedures are missing. I specifically chose the sanatorium based on the procedures and quality of treatment. I think this is a scam! It is not you, the Sanatoriums company, nor the hotel itself that is updating the procedures. In the hotel itself, in their book there are also procedures that have not been seen for a long time! The doctor is only there to prescribe procedures and water, although completely different information is posted in the elevator. Those who want to be treated, this hotel is not for you! It's more like a spa hotel, and even then it's not the best! The breakfasts only got a little better after the film festival started. And even after this, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. For dinner there is a small selection of dishes; they bring barely warm dishes, prepared in the morning, and not always of good quality. One spoonful of mashed potatoes spread on a plate is a laugh, our children eat more! The waitresses very quickly take away plates and cups from under our noses, sometimes even clean ones. The pool and jacuzzi are only open until 7 pm, a couple of days the jacuzzi was not working at all. Sauna is available for a fee for hotel residents. At the reception Sasha is very incompetent, not always ready to help, one example: when I asked to call my tour. company, he said that we have no connection with the Sanatoriums company, then a girl came and helped me. Допускаем то, что возможно из-за большого ассортимента блюд вы не заметили творог.
