Уважаемый господин Александр, приготовление главных теплых блюд занимает определенное время 20-30 минут, в течение которого Вам предполагались салаты и закуски на шведской линии. Постельное белье Вам меняли на каждый третий день. Замечаний и просьб от Вас во время проживания не поступало. Паркинги в центре пешеходной зоны принадлежат городским властям и их количество ествественно ограничено не отелем. Ближайший городской паркинг от отеля находится 150 метров, что не так далеко.

My room with a balcony overlooked the city - a gorgeous view. The food is excellent. Special thanks to the cooks - everything is so tasty and homemade. Every day a variety of very tasty salads - you could eat salads alone) and of course the friendly staff. Svetlana and Lyubov are nice girls, very attentive, kind and always smiling. Учитывая Ваше поведение в ресторане (рассказ о своих путешествиях, ученой степени доктора, ежедневное наполнение своей вместительной сумки бутербродами, сыром, блинчиками, фруктами) другие гости попросили сделать Вам замечание, чтобы их не отвлекали. Вы извинились и мы надеялись, что инцидент исчерпан, но... Очевидно в данный момент Вам необходимо обратиться не в санаторный отель. Желаем Вам выздоровления!

Уважаемая Марина, я очень рада, что Вы довольны работой нашего персонала, питанием, обстановкой в отеле. Мы все как одна команда стремимся сделать максимум для удовольствия наших гостей. Что касается парковки, надо учесть, что наш отель находится в курортной зоне и мы оплачиваем немалые деньги за паркоместа городу Карловы Вары. Это конечно отражается в цене парковки для наших гостей. Бассейн открыт с 8 до 19 часов, значит весь день.
