Karlovy Vary is a fabulous and amazing city. There is calm and goodwill everywhere. The hotel offers a variety of food, at my request - dietary. Thanks to Monika (director), waiters Mirka, Lyudska. In general, I felt comfortable staying in this hotel and I am thinking of returning here again. I'm quite happy and satisfied.Negatives
The room was dark, cool, the fireplace was on. Due to poor electrical wiring, a short circuit occurred, I called the hotel staff, and the next day everything was fixed. Bathroom with window, cold.

The carpet was very dirty, the rooms were cleaned superficially, the towels stank of dampness, it left an unpleasant impression and I will definitely never go there again, although I often go to Karlovy Vary for treatment. It turned out to be a big surprise that the hotel does not have the option to pay by bank card (although this service is available on the website), only in cash in Czech crowns. Since I didn’t have that amount of money, I had to make a fuss and pay by card. The food was wonderful for a week, but then some of the people and the staff left, probably decided to save money and there was no longer any choice in food. I don’t know, maybe my review will be deleted, but I wrote it as it is.

Everything was very pleasant and homely. There were no problems. The rooms are different - ours was large, comfortable, they were cleaned, changed - everything was as it should be - no complaints. The food was wonderful - we had enough of everything. After the excursions, dinner was waiting at the reception on trays with a thermos. The treatment we wanted was what we got. The only thing, for me, is that it’s a little cool in the hydropathic clinic after taking water procedures. And thanks to all the staff for their friendly attitude.Negatives

Spacious rooms, but poorly equipped. Food – there is plenty to choose from, but it doesn’t smell like a diet. As they say, if you know what you can’t eat, don’t eat it. The balneo is compact, there are no rooms, procedures take place behind curtains. The hotel can't really boast of anything other than its price.
