Of course, there wasn't much variety, but everything was fresh, tasty, custom-made dishes were beautifully served and the portions were large. The treatment, I don’t know how effective it is, but it’s definitely pleasant. Massage, baths, lymphatic drainage, gas. injections, mud, magnets - everything was prescribed in full, 18 pieces, dietary supplements were not offered. And we must not forget that this is one of the most budget hotels, so for the price/quality ratio I would give it a “10”. Thank you all for a successful holiday.

The reception staff are informed not only about the operation of the hotel, but also about any issue regarding travel, urban and intercity transport, even international. There were no problems with moving to Germany, Prague, or the airport. Convenient and profitable routes were selected and tickets were purchased. Evgenia often did everything possible for us (and in general for everyone living there), she and Yaroslav responded very carefully, patiently and responsively to any request.. About the restaurant: we took into account the fact that we had a child, so they could prepare something individually or serve it extra at the request of the child, seasoning and drink. Thank you very much Irina for your patience and special attention! Regarding the treatment. We arrived somewhat unsuccessfully: on the Easter holidays, however, on the very first day some procedures were scheduled. The medical staff is very active, attentive, there are no delays, no queues, everything is done promptly and professionally. Head nurse Vera is simply a chess grandmaster: everything is distributed to the minute, everyone has time to take procedures at a convenient time. We returned two days ago, and the good impressions stuck. Good luck to all employees and patience.
