In general, without Vera the nurse (she is both polite and professional) and the administrator at the Sharki restaurant (she served everything quickly and with a smile, it was comfortable with her) we wouldn’t even have stayed there overnight, we wanted to move on the second day, but all the excursions were booked -there was no time to look for another hotel, on the third day we calmed down a little and stayed thanks to these people. In general, an abandoned historical building, without established service and outdated procedural equipment (a minimum of procedures), a minimum of staff (they run around tired, rude and you can’t get an answer from anyone) and the normal food has worsened, before we left the chefs were changed, there were complaints about small portions and raw meat, but our review of the food did not deteriorate - we served fish, everything was fine. We were somehow lucky with the room - it was warm and always cleaned (the bed and towels were always clean), but people constantly complained about the cold in the rooms, they waited until we left to take our room☺️. I can only advise that for treatment and a long stay in Elwa, of course, you shouldn’t stop, but you can spend the night (only after the cold weather passes), although after the Czech beauty and everything interesting there, we don’t have anything negative about the hotel, we have only positive things in our heads from the trip 👌💕

I was in the sanatorium from 11/21 to 12/18/16. The sanatorium is located 20 minutes from the 6th spring (I walk slowly), next to the post office. I received 70 procedures, everything I wanted - injections, lymphatic drainage, carbon dioxide bag, hot-pack bags, endo-vaco, oxygen therapy, pearl baths instead of carbon dioxide. The staff is very friendly, you were greeted everywhere as if you were family. Towels were changed in the room daily and bed linen was changed once a week. In the restaurant, breakfast is a buffet (cheese 4-5 varieties, sliced sausages 4-5, brawn, liver paste, muesli, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit, coffee), lunch - a choice of dishes, in 4 weeks I didn’t have time to try everything. The portions are large, everything is delicious.
